You know what struck me first about the Obrzeżna Comfort Apartment? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Mokotów that honestly feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel experience. I mean, Obrzeżna isn’t one of those main drags where you’re dealing with constant traffic noise – it’s actually pretty peaceful, which was a nice surprise since I’d been staying in the city center the week before and barely slept. The building itself has that solid, understated Warsaw apartment block vibe, nothing flashy, but you can tell it’s been thoughtfully converted. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy lobby procedures, just practical and efficient, which I appreciated after a long travel day.

The apartment itself really lives up to that “comfort” part of the name. Everything feels intentionally chosen rather than just thrown together, if that makes sense. The kitchen actually has proper equipment (not those tiny hotel kettles that take forever), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. I particularly liked how quiet it gets in the evenings – you’re close enough to the action in Mokotów but far enough from the main commercial strips that you’re not hearing delivery trucks at 6 AM. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and heading to the nearby shops, which honestly made me feel less like a tourist. There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance, and if you’re into that sort of thing, you’re not far from some of those trendy Mokotów cafes that locals actually frequent.

What really sold me on this place – and why I’d probably book it again – is how it strikes this balance between being well-equipped and unpretentious. The 4-star rating feels accurate without being inflated, and that 8.2 score makes sense because while everything works well and it’s genuinely comfortable, it’s not trying to be something it’s not. The WiFi was solid (always my test for any place), the shower had proper pressure, and honestly, the bed was better than I expected. You’re also positioned really well for getting around Warsaw – not right on top of a metro station, but close enough that you’re not doing marathon walks with luggage. I found myself actually enjoying the short walks to public transport because you get to see more of how this part of the city actually functions day to day. It’s the kind of place where you might find yourself staying an extra night just because it feels comfortable and unstressed, which – let’s be honest – is pretty rare when you’re bouncing between cities.

Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

  We had a very comfortable time in this apartment. Everything was great – clean, cozy and conveniently located. Bed linen, dishes were all there, the TV worked (only local channels, there is also YouTube).
  
  What could be improved: Parking was a big problem. We stayed for 4 nights, and each night we had to park in someone else’s yard. The owners said they would resolve the issue after we checked in, but we were still left without proper parking. It turned out that there were no keys to the parking area, and they had been lost more than once. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for the situation, even though it clearly should have been addressed.

  Fresh flat in modern city area.

  What could be improved: 1. The flat was not cleaned before my arrival and it is ridiculous because I had a chat with personal about my arriving.
  Fortunately the cleaner came quickly and cleaned up the flat but the first impression was no good.
  Actually I have previously read about similar case from one review, so it turns out that it is a area for improvement for owner company.
  2. There was no detailed instructions how to get to the entrance (and what number of entrance is). So it took some time to find it.
  3. No microwave oven , however it was not declared to be there. It would be nice to have

  Pokój jak wiele innych na booking. Miękki materac co dla mnie było na plus ale nie każdy lubi. W wyposażeniu brakowało mi korkociągu do wina i był tylko jeden kieliszek, widać że mieszkanie intensywnie wynajmowane. Brak rolet w pokoju z aneksem też na lekki minus. Poza tym mieszkanko przyjemne, w sam raz na weekend. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do galerii. Na dole apartamentowca sklepy, piekarnia. Blisko żabka i biedronka a także kilka restauracji i innych punktów usługowych. Ogólnie 8/10

  Апартаменты находяться возле аэропорта и большого торгового центра. Прямо в доме есть магазин и несколько кафе. Хороший современный ЖК закрытого типа. Хозяин апартаментов разрешил заселиться раньше на пару часов совершенно бесплатно.
  
  What could be improved: Обратите внимание – в апартаментах отсутствует кондиционер. Нас спасло то, что на улице было не жарко. С открытыми окнами спать плохо – так как из за рядом расположенного аэропорта очень шумно.

  Хорошая новая квартира, удобное расположение ( хотя немного сложно было найти дом и парадное) с закрытой красивой территорией и паркингом. В квартире почти все есть для комфортного прибывания. Были шампуни, чай, кофе.
  
  What could be improved: Не очень широкая кровать, для двоих хотелось бы шире. В комнатах нет зановесок, что делает не комфортным прибывание во второй половине дня, когда солнце светит прямо на кровать и диван, а также в темное время когда нужно включить свет, а напротив окна соседнего дома. Также на кухне неисправен смеситель, пользоваться им крайне неудобно.
