Lokalizacja, wyposażenie. Generalnie wszystko super.

What could be improved: Nie działające światło w głównym pokoju. Próbowałem skontaktować się z właścicielem/administracją, ale za każdym razem odpowiadał bot.
Po kilku dniach dostałem odpowiedź, że wyjątkowo mieli problem z systemem komunikacyjnym i zaproponowali kompensację. Mam nadzieję, że problem na ten moment został rozwiązany i kontakt z administracją jest bez problemu. (Rezerwacja w lutym)

This place has potential, but it is not properly looked after.

On first look, this apartment really looks like a well-planned place to have fun with a small group or family - an interesting layout, lots of different light sources, a comfortable kitchen with lots of space, a normal-sized bedroom with an extra room that can also be a workspace. And maybe for one evening, you will really have this impression.
Also, the apartment is located near a tram stop.

What could be improved: A closer look reveals all the problems: wobbly chairs, an oven that smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a couple of months, many light bulbs that barely work and need to be replaced, and a rusty shelf in the shower.
There was also a doorknob to the wardrobe that didn't hold, one of the lamps by the bed had no bulb at all, a torn duvet cover and a very tough bed mattress in the bedroom. Then we found out that the door to the bedroom was broken and wouldn't close, and when we asked the owners to repair it, they said they would get back to us later, and we haven't seen them in two weeks since then.

In general, we get the feeling that the owners have not visited this apartment for many months and do not care much about it, because all these things could have been fixed in a day.

In addition, when we checked out, we left our laptop charger in the apartment. We notified the owner in the evening, but all the following days we received only a standard response that we would be contacted if they received a response from the cleaning service. Given the previous impression, we have a feeling that nothing was actually done in this case.

Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone niczego nie brakowało. Miła słodka niespodzianka czekała.

Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy i udogodnienia, bardzo przyjemne wnętrze, czysta pościel. Można było odpocząć. Lokalizacja dla mnie idealna.

What could be improved: Jedyny mały minus, to prysznic do dokładnego wyczyszczenia, ale i tak jedno z najlepszych obiektów w jakich byłam.

Очень интересный дизайн, квартира светлая, достаточно места для 5 человек, двор спокойный тихий, понравилось что было оч

Все было очень чисто и безопасно, тихий двор, такси до подъезда. Рядом магазин и аптека. В квартире было достаточно туалет принадлежностей и полотенца свежие , отмечу что постельное белье хорошего качества . Хозяин оставил комплимент в виде снэков и напитки , спасибо !

What could be improved: Поднятие на 4 этаж в узком подъезде, без лифта, нет микроволновки, не хватило одной подушки , мы указывали что нас 5

What could be improved: dirty yellow towels and bed linen with stains. For three days they provided: 1 dishwasher tablet. There were no spare garbage bags. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but not a single washing capsule is included. Salt, sugar - also 1 stick each
