Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Ogrodowa Peaceful Apartments when I first booked it – the name sounds almost too good to be true, right? But you know what, it actually lives up to that “peaceful” part. The building sits on a quiet stretch of Ogrodowa Street in Wola, which I’ll admit isn’t the most glamorous district in Warsaw, but that’s sort of the point. You’re away from the tourist chaos of Old Town (though you can still get there easily enough), and the neighborhood has this authentic, lived-in feel that I really appreciated. There’s a small grocery store literally around the corner, and I mean the kind where the owner remembers your face after two visits – not some sterile chain. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious for European standards, with these big windows that let in tons of light during the day. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the third floor, and honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my apartment back home. They’ve got this modern, minimalist thing going on without feeling cold or impersonal.
What really impressed me was how quiet it actually is at night – I’m someone who usually needs earplugs in hotels, but the double-glazed windows do their job well. The only sounds you’ll hear are the occasional tram rumbling down Wolska Street a few blocks away, which is actually kind of soothing once you get used to it. The building itself feels solid, none of that creaky floor nonsense you sometimes get in renovated European buildings. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – they use this keypad system, so no awkward waiting around for someone to show up with keys. I did have a small hiccup with the WiFi on my first day (kept dropping out during video calls), but when I mentioned it, they had someone fix it within a couple hours. The bathroom deserves a mention because, well, you know how hit-or-miss hotel bathrooms can be – this one actually has decent water pressure and stays hot, plus there’s a proper shower door instead of those flimsy curtains that stick to you.
The location really grows on you after a day or two. Sure, it’s not walking distance to the Royal Castle or anything, but you’re perfectly positioned to explore the real Warsaw. There’s this excellent pierogi place called Zapiecek about ten minutes away on foot – locals actually eat there, not just tourists taking Instagram photos. The Wola district has been getting a lot of development lately, so you’ll see these interesting contrasts between old communist-era buildings and sleek new developments. Public transport is solid from here – the nearest metro station is maybe a 12-minute walk, and there are several bus lines that’ll get you downtown in 20 minutes or so. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in a European capital will appreciate. I mean, it’s not free, but there’s usually space on the street, and the rates are reasonable. For the price point and that 8.3 rating, I get it – this place delivers exactly what it promises without trying to be something it’s not.

Wonderful – Joseph from Poland – July 21, 2025 (9/10)
The flat is new and well maintained, the stuff were great specially polina, i strongly recommend on it.
What could be improved: The double bed needs repair. Ot makes noise at night when we. Moved.Great location, clean and comfy apartment – would visit again – Matīss from Latvia – May 19, 2025 (9/10)
The downstairs garage parking that we opted for was one of the biggest benefits for this apartment. The whole apartment was spacious for family of 4 (two adults + kids), the terrace was a nice compliment for morning tea or evening chill after a long walk through the capital city. The building in general looked very new and clean. Before arriving I received clear instructions of how to get keys, garage remote and how to get in. The great part it was all contactless and we were able to be flexible with the arriving times.
What could be improved: The additional deposit request (~96€) was a surprise after booking was confirmed (maybe it's mentioned somewhere in the agreement, but I did not find such information when booking). And it took exactly 1 month to receive the deposit back (like confirmed with the host), although it looked quite long, but all good in the end and deposit received back.Wonderful time in Warsaw – Tatjana from Latvia – March 17, 2025 (9/10)
Excellent location, parking place in garage, quite new house, everything clean, no noisy neighbours, very warm inside.
We recommend Italian trattoria just opposite on the corner.
What could be improved: There were no kitchen towels, but there is Zabka and Rossmann shops nearby so it was solved. But probably it is usual practice.Nice place to stay with easy key pick-up and drop-off. Private garage. I would book it in the future – Marcin from United States – January 26, 2025 (9/10)
The apartment overall was great. It was simple, but it had a great bathroom with a nice shower. Everything was just like in the picture. The private garage was an additional positive to my overall stay, as well as the ease of getting and dropping off the keys.
What could be improved: The place had some things, but there was no water filter, nor was bottled water provided, which was the only time this happened to me among many other places I booked across the country. The dryer was really small; however, these complaints are not my biggest issue but rather me being picky. The one thing I found truly annoying was how many text messages I received from the property about making sure I dropped off the keys correctly or risk paying a fine. The constant repetition of these text messages felt like harassment. Additionally, the text message price didn't match the price provided in the agreement. I know how to drop off the keys, lol. As for the place, the overall experience was truly excellent, and the location was great with a tram close by.5 days in Warsaw – Olexandr from Ukraine – November 23, 2022 (9/10)
Quality of the appartment: quite, warm and nice interior
Location: to get all business and cultural areas you"ll need up to 30 minutes walking
What could be improved: Lack of kitchen and bath staffVery Good – Tomas from Lithuania – August 29, 2022 (8/10)
Great apartment.
What could be improved: No free parking. Breakfast wasn't worth it.Very Good – Joann from United States – July 15, 2025 (8/10)

Exceptional – Amr from Jordan – December 9, 2024 (10/10)
The apartment is almost brand new easy check in and out with a clear message from the host on how to get there, check in and out,
Clean, very comfortable, has great location and very good access to public transportations, less then one km to centre and lots of other attractions nearby.
I would recommend the host to add an extra 2 euros per day for the rent and in return providing at least one capsule for the dishwasher and washing machine every 2 day's rent, that may increase the Apartment overall rate.
In my opinion, the score of 8.9 for this apartment is low, obviously, the reason for that is because of small missing things like cleaning capsules and toilet paper.
people whose renting apartments are used to seeing these things as a standards 😀 and by these things missing, they drop their reviews.Extraordinary – Milos from Montenegro – September 29, 2024 (10/10)
Amazing place to stay in Warsaw.
Comfortable – John from China – August 12, 2023 (10/10)
Bed is soft, room is clean
What could be improved: Tv box not runs well
