This place actually lives up to its quirky name, and that 8.9 rating isn’t just for show. The location on Złota Street is honestly perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without paying Palace Hotel prices. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (which sounds less glamorous than it is – trust me, it’s handy), and Złoty Tarasy shopping center is right there when you need to grab something quick or escape the rain. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so central – the windows are surprisingly good at blocking out the tram noise, though you’ll still hear some street sounds if you’re a super light sleeper.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room, which I mean in the best way possible. There’s actual space to spread out your stuff (revolutionary concept, I know), and the kitchen setup means you can make coffee without those terrible hotel packets. The “view” part of the name refers to decent sightlines toward the city center – not exactly panoramic, but you can see some of Warsaw’s skyline and it’s particularly nice in the evening when everything lights up. The whole building has this renovated-but-not-sterile vibe that works well in this part of Śródmieście. Check-in was straightforward, though like a lot of these apartment-style places, you’ll want to coordinate your arrival time in advance rather than just showing up.

Here’s what really sold me on the spot – you can walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes if you’re feeling energetic, or hop on the metro at Centrum station (seriously, it’s right there) and be anywhere in Warsaw in no time. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of local cafés and tourist-friendly spots, plus there’s a decent grocery store nearby when you inevitably need snacks or forgot to pack something essential. I stayed here during shoulder season in October and it was bustling but not overwhelming – I imagine summer gets pretty busy given how well-located everything is. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator is one of those tiny European ones, so if you’re traveling with massive suitcases, be prepared for some Tetris-style maneuvering. But honestly, for the price point and location, this place delivers exactly what it promises – a comfortable, well-positioned base for exploring Warsaw without any of the stuffiness or inflated costs of the big chain hotels.

Early hotels booking in Warsaw requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to see the city’s remarkable reconstruction story and vibrant arts scene.

  What could be improved: We arrived at the apartment late at night and were disappointed to find it in an unclean condition, with dusty floors and an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. Due to health concerns and the presence of young children in our group, we had to thoroughly clean the floors and sanitize the bathroom ourselves before settling in.

  Дуже зручне розташування квартири, недалеко від Центрального залізничного вокзалу. Легко поїхати в будь-який район Варшави. Поряд пішохідна вулиця, на якій розташовано багато закладів харчування.
