Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Olbrachta 118D? The name sounds way more intimidating than the actual place. I mean, when I first booked it through Homeprime, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect – it’s got that very Eastern European street address vibe that made me think I’d be staying in some converted communist-era building. But actually walking up to the place, it feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s really well-kept apartment building than a traditional hotel.
The thing about this spot – and I wish more three-star places got this – is that they’ve figured out how to make a 9.0 rating make sense without trying to be something they’re not. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, like someone actually thought about what you’d want after a long day walking around the city instead of just throwing together standard hotel furniture. The beds are properly firm (not that mushy hotel standard that leaves you feeling like you slept in a hammock), and honestly, the shower pressure was better than what I’ve got at home. Small thing, but you know how it is when you’re traveling – a good shower can make or break your morning.
What really sold me on the place, though, was how quiet it gets at night. I’m usually the person who packs earplugs because city hotels always seem to be right next to the loudest street possible, but I didn’t need them here. There’s something about the way the building sits – maybe it’s set back just enough, or the windows are better than you’d expect – that keeps the street noise to this low hum that’s almost comforting. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly chatty front desk performance where they try to upsell you on everything. Just efficient and friendly, which is exactly what you want when you’re dragging luggage and trying to figure out a new neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again, especially considering how hard it is to find places that hit that sweet spot between affordable and actually pleasant to be in.

The apartment and the location was great, very comfortable. Everything was looking good and everything inside the apartment works. We had a nice time despite not so nice weather in Warszawa.

The property was very nice and cozy. Aircon was an added bonus as it would have been unbearably hot without it. Little conservatory balcony was very comfortable and great area to relax in after a long day of walking around Warsaw. Very close to the city centre. Conveniently close to the metro and bus routes. Parking was also easy to find outside the property on the street. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
