You know what caught me off guard about Old Town Heart IX Luxury? Despite being a 3-star place, it honestly feels like they’re trying way harder than some of the fancier hotels I’ve stayed at. The location on Przyokopowa puts you right in the thick of things – I mean, you’re basically walking distance from all the main Old Town action, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the street noise that keeps you up at 2 AM.

The building itself has this interesting mix going on – it’s got that classic European charm you’d expect, but they’ve clearly put money into updating the interiors. My room had these beautiful high ceilings (which actually made it feel way more spacious than the square footage suggested) and the bathroom was surprisingly modern. The shower pressure was excellent, which honestly matters more to me after a long day of walking cobblestones than fancy toiletries. Speaking of walking, the floors can be a bit creaky – it’s just the nature of these older buildings – but it adds character rather than being annoying. Check-in was smooth, and the staff seemed genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between authentic local atmosphere and actual comfort. The area gets busy during peak tourist season, sure, but early mornings and evenings have this lovely quiet energy where you can actually hear the city waking up or winding down. I’d grab coffee from the little café around the corner and just sit by the window watching people head to work. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. If you’re looking for a place that feels genuinely connected to the neighborhood rather than some isolated hotel bubble, this is your spot. Just don’t expect a concierge desk or room service – but honestly, with all the incredible local restaurants within a five-minute walk, why would you want to eat hotel food anyway?

  I am a little bit ashamed, that I am writing my review after so long time. Anyway, I am really happy I still can rate this accommodation. I was traveling with my girlfriend, as she loves Poland and Polish food. 🙂 I cannot say, that I was considering also other places to stay because this one caught my attention immediately after I saw it in the photos. And I have to say we couldn't stay in a better place. The flat was amazing, modern, and clean. The flat is situated in the new apartment building just across the street from "Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego", which is big, and nicely done. Definitely worth visiting, and not only because it is literally a few steps from your accommodation. Right below your accommodation you also have Starbucks, a mini market, and a restaurant/bar. The building is situated in the city center, but still in a very quiet street, as it is one block from the main road. Communication with the hosts was absolutely without problems, and they even prepared snacks and a welcome message for us. This was very nice, and warming. 🙂 The flat is fully furnished, with everything you can imagine you will need during your stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, TV, cleaning products, paper towels, paper tissues, everything is here to make you feel at home. And I must say, that I can imagine living in this place forever. 🙂 I would like to recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Warszaw. I couldn't choose a better place. And I want also to thank our hosts for such an amazing experience. 🙂

  The apartment was in a group of modern apartments and had good local restaurants and supermarket close by. It was light and bright with a balcony. Very clean, quiet, minimalist and modern and we felt very safe there, as it seemed to be a good residential area

  This apartment is in the city center with good location not far from train station and main attractions. 50 metres from the apartment yo can find very big and nice museum. Several shops are around the buildings. Incide yo can find all issues needed for your stay.

  Great location in Wola with a Żabka and cafes downstairs, plus Rossman, Frac (supermarket), pharmacy, salons, bars, etc. all within a few minutes' walk. Museum of the Warsaw Uprising is across the road. Rondo Daszyńskiego is a 5 minute walk – with Metro 2 and tram access to all major areas of interest. The building has a secure garden and playground area, which is great for small children. The balcony is generous. The kitchen is well equipped – there are sufficient amenities to cook like you're at home. The bedroom and sofa bed are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and very clean. There is even a vacuum cleaner and washing machine, which is helpful when you have small kids. Also lots of cupboard storage to keep suitcases off the floor. Personalised welcome note with water bottles and Polish treats was delightful after a long day of travel. Check in is really easy and the hosts are very communicative.
