Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on Andersa street, I wasn’t expecting much from Old Town Krasiński Garden. Three stars in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district usually means you’re getting basic accommodation in a prime spot, and honestly, that’s exactly what this place delivers, but in the best possible way. The thing is, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the actual Krasiński Garden (hence the name, obviously), and I mean the real deal – those tree-lined paths where locals walk their dogs in the morning and office workers eat lunch on benches. The hotel itself sits in one of those classic Warsaw buildings that somehow survived everything this city’s been through, and you can feel that history in the slightly creaky wooden floors and the way the windows don’t quite shut perfectly. But here’s what I actually loved about it: the front desk staff genuinely know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the Old Town Market Square, the guy didn’t just point me toward the tourist route – he told me about cutting through Miodowa street to avoid the crowds, and he was absolutely right.
The rooms are… well, they’re exactly what you’d expect from a solid three-star place, but with some nice touches that show someone’s actually thinking about guest experience. My room faced the courtyard (request this if you can, because Andersa street gets a bit noisy with morning traffic), and I could hear birds from the garden area – not something you’d expect in central Warsaw. The bathroom was small but functional, with one of those European showers where you have to hold the nozzle, which honestly didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. What really struck me was how clean everything felt, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for what I’m guessing are pretty budget-friendly rates. The WiFi actually worked throughout the building, including in the small breakfast area where they serve a decent continental spread – nothing fancy, but proper coffee and fresh bread, which is really all you need before heading out to explore.
You know what really sells this place though? The location is just… perfect for anyone who wants to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives here. Sure, you’re close enough to walk to all the tourist spots – the Royal Castle is maybe fifteen minutes on foot, and the Vistula riverfront is even closer – but you’re also in a neighborhood where people go about their daily lives. There’s a small grocery store right around the corner on Miodowa, and some genuinely good restaurants within a few blocks that aren’t tourist traps. I ended up having dinner at this little place called Podwale 25 (maybe a ten-minute walk) that I never would have found if I’d stayed in one of those big chain hotels near the station. The hotel’s not fancy, and if you’re looking for a spa or room service, you’ll be disappointed. But if you want a clean, comfortable base in one of Warsaw’s most livable neighborhoods, with staff who actually care about helping you navigate the city, this place gets it right. Just pack light – the elevator is tiny and honestly, taking the stairs is usually faster anyway.
The concierge service in Warsaw can arrange exclusive historical tours, secure concert tickets, and organize visits to nearby Chopin sites and Mazovian countryside.

Mattress and pillows should be replaced. Otherwise, a decent place to stay for 1-2 nights. – Juliana from Poland – July 10, 2025 (7/10)
The apartment was clean. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. It also had basic cookware, which made it convenient to prepare simple m
What could be improved: The apartment is very small, and the bathroom is especially cramped — the sink is tiny, and water easily spills onto the floor when using it. The biggest downside was the bed: the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, and the pillows were overly large, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Highly – Roberto from Poland – November 5, 2023 (8/10)
Very tidy, clean and with all the essentials.
What could be improved: There was only one little spoon 🙂A great apartment but be doubly careful to understand the arrival directions and procedures. – Edward from Israel – September 7, 2023 (9/10)
Quiet, comfortable, clean, private , near food shopping and bank. Short walk to Polin Museum.
What could be improved: From the ad I didn't expect a single rental in a large apartment complex with no formal reception or personal contact. Arrival at midnight was a real nitemare. The entrance to the building is one of a number of entrances, is at the back of the building, poorly lit, and with no identifying features. The lock-box was a challenge for us,even with the instruction video they provided. If we had arrived during the day it would have been a lot easier, but still problematic.Pretty good, but then we didn’t cook anything at all. – Ravinder from Sweden – May 15, 2023 (9/10)
There was no breakfast
What could be improved: Couldn’t get contact with the host on telephone twice despite waiting for very long time.
Couldn’t get the electric cooking range to work. There were no instructions to be found in the accommodation.Very Good – Eva from Luxembourg – February 10, 2023 (8/10)
The location is great and the apt is very comfortable. The check-in is very easy.
What could be improved: Although it is very convenient to have the breakfast delivered to your door. It was a nuisance to hear the ringer at 6-7am. The shower door needs a new design because water pours all over the bathroom. The pots and pans are a bit meager and there are no appropriate utensils for the frying pans.Wonderful – Yeskima from Poland – January 1, 2023 (9/10)
The big apartment, very clean and good location
What could be improved: Shower wasn't convenient without curtainsKrasinski – Bernadette from United Kingdom – September 29, 2024 (7/10)
Location was excellent, Anna resolved our query about the electric hob in minutes
What could be improved: A microwave would have been usefulGood but can easily be better – Marinus from Netherlands – June 27, 2023 (7/10)
The apartment is ideally located between the old town and the Polin museum. It is spacious, quiet and clean. Access is easy with key codes.
What could be improved: The apartment is good but could be better. Firstly, you can read the newspaper with your eyes closed in the bedroom at 5am, it is that light. The curtain is too thin and/or too light in colour. Secondly, the shower rod is somewhat loose and water runs over the bath edge onto the floor. In the morning breakfast is delivered in front of your door. Fine, but please don't touch the door bell at 05am45 on a Saturday morning (despite the fact I'm already awake reading the newspaper).Good – Tatarunaite from Lithuania – February 19, 2023 (7/10)
Good location, most of the tourist places can be reached on foot.
It was very warm inside
Surprise in the fridge
Cosy apartment
Great Wi-Fi
What could be improved: Lack of general hygiene: smell, cups ant other kitchen utensils were not very clean.
THE BREAKFAST WERE NO BREAKFAST ALL THREE DAYS OF OUR STAYLovely weekend break – Kathryn from United Kingdom – December 13, 2024 (10/10)
Lovely spacious apartment, clean and good location.
What could be improved: Lack of toilet roll! And the shower didn't work properly.
