But stepping inside, it’s actually one of those pleasant surprises that makes you immediately text your travel-savvy friends. The whole place has this modern Polish residential vibe that feels way more authentic than your typical tourist trap hotel. I mean, you’re basically staying in what feels like a really well-appointed local apartment complex, which is refreshing when you’re tired of cookie-cutter hotel rooms that could be anywhere in the world.

What really struck me was the attention to detail in these apartments – and I’m talking about the stuff that actually matters when you’re living somewhere for a few days. The kitchens are properly equipped (not just a sad mini-fridge and instant coffee situation), the bathrooms have decent water pressure, and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase without playing furniture Tetris. The PREMIUM part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either – these units genuinely feel upscale without being stuffy about it. I particularly loved how quiet it gets in the evenings, which is something you don’t always get with apartment-style accommodations. You can actually hear yourself think, unlike some places where you’re listening to your neighbors’ entire Netflix queue through thin walls.

The 9.7 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s one of those properties where someone clearly thought through the guest experience rather than just checking boxes. Check-in was smooth (they actually answer their phones, which is more than I can say for some places), and the whole setup just works. You’ll want to grab groceries from one of the nearby shops since having a real kitchen is such a game-changer for longer stays, plus it’s kind of fun to live like a local for a bit. The location feels residential and genuine – you’re not in some touristy bubble, but you’re also not stranded somewhere inconvenient. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re getting an authentic slice of the area without sacrificing comfort.   Дуже гарна квартира. Новий та сучасний ремонт. Є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Власник залишив 2 пляшки води, чай, розчинну каву, та навіть пакетики з сіллю та перцем) Є праска, сушарка, фен… Задоволена, можу сміло рекомендувати.

  El alojamiento es excelente. Superó nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos. Todo cuidado al detalle. Súper equipado tanto cocina como baño. Cama y almohadas increíblemente cómodas.
  Realmente fue el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado hasta el día de hoy. Además pudimos entrar antes de la hora establecida sin cargo adicional. Quedamos muy muy contentos. Sin duda, será nuestro alojamiento de referencia en próximas visitas.

  Mieszkanie nowe w nowym bloku, pięknie urządzone, doswietlone, klimatyczne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Netflix. plac zabaw dla dzieci na osiedlu. Na Białołęce, można odpocząć od zgiełku Warszawy, do centrum dosyć blisko, ok 20 minut autem.
