  The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It would be nice to have a small caddy or a shelf in the shower to put your shampoo etc on rather than on the floor. The place is at a quiet 4 floor high apartment block close to a tram stop which takes 15 min to get to the old town.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't get into the apartment as the key safe code given by the property management company was incorrect. They were not able to help and couldn't get through to the property caretaker. After nearly 1 hour of trying random codes,we finally got the right one. On checkout day we did not appreciate a moody and rude cleaner asking us to get out at 11.02 ( with checkout time being 11). When I said we just needed 10 extra minutes to finish getting dressed she did she didn't care. No hello or goodbye from her either. She really stressed us out.

  The location was ideal for what we were there for.
  
  What could be improved: Horrible communication from the host. We were told in the afternoon that we wouldn't be able to checkin until 8:30pm. After multiple messages to the host there was zero response from them for over 5 hours. We needed a place to change and shower, but the apartment was not cleaned and they would not offer a cancellation or respond to messages. Their offer for this was a whole extra hour for check out. They stated it never happens, but we got a message that was meant for the people staying the next night stating the same thing.

  Location was good – a block away from a few stores and area felt safe.
  The street parking was easy in the evening and on the weekends.
  The apartment was well-stocked, kitchen was functional and had almost everything we needed, washing machine worked well and was quiet.
  
  What could be improved: We wished there was an AC there. It wasn't a big drawback not having it, as the weather wasn't hot and opening the balcony door was sufficient (it did bring flies in).
  I would have replaced the frying pans that were there -they weren't really usable.

  When I first entered the apartment, I felt as if I had entered home. The apartment is very clean, comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and complete comfort. The interior of the apartment is very welcoming. Near the house there is everything you need. A few minutes walk there is a good park with lakes where there are wild ducks and swans. Shops, public transport are all close to the house.
