The space flows naturally from the sleeping area to a little kitchenette that’s actually functional — not one of those sad mini-fridges with a hot plate situation. You can tell they’ve had real feedback from guests because everything’s positioned where you’d actually want it. The bathroom’s compact but smart, with decent water pressure and toiletries that don’t smell like industrial cleaner. There’s this attention to lighting too that makes evening hours feel warm rather than harsh — something about the lamp placement just works.

What really sets this place apart though is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not stuck on some busy tourist strip, but you’re not isolated either. I found myself walking to grab coffee in the mornings and actually enjoying the route, passing by what felt like real local spots rather than the usual chain parade. The 4-star rating feels honest here — it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. That 8.6 guest rating makes sense when you’re actually staying there; people seem genuinely satisfied rather than just not-complaining, if you know what I mean.   The apartment is very clean, large balcony. the location is good in the center near the old town. There are two large parks and a lake near the house. Carrefour, Zhabka and Bedrenka are within walking distance. The windows and balcony overlook the avenue, so for those who value silence this will be a problem. Overall, I'm satisfied and if I ever get to Warsaw again, I'll stay here.
