Hotel Description
You know what, I was honestly surprised by this place when I first walked up to Antoniego Corazziego street – it’s one of those Warsaw addresses that sounds intimidating but is actually perfectly positioned in Śródmieście. The building itself has that classic Polish charm, sort of weathered but solid, and when you’re standing on that balcony (which, by the way, they spelled “balkony” in the listing but trust me, it’s there and it’s lovely), you get this nice view of the neighborhood that feels authentically Warsaw. I mean, you’re not looking at tourist attractions, but rather real life happening below – people heading to work, the occasional tram rumbling by, that sort of thing.
The two-bedroom setup works really well if you’re traveling with family or friends who actually want some space from each other. I’ve stayed in plenty of places where “two bedrooms” means one decent room and one glorified closet, but this is different – both rooms feel livable, and honestly, the natural light streaming through those windows makes the whole place feel bigger than it probably is. The kitchen area is functional enough that you could actually cook a meal instead of just reheating takeout, which comes in handy because there’s a great little market just a few blocks away on Nowy Świat where you can grab fresh bread and those amazing Polish pastries. The whole apartment has this lived-in feel that’s way more comfortable than sterile hotel rooms – you’ll find little touches that show someone actually cares about the place.
Location-wise, you’re in the heart of things without being right in the chaos, which is honestly the sweet spot in Warsaw. Walk five minutes and you’re at the Palace of Culture and Science (love it or hate it, it’s impossible to miss), but you can also duck into quieter streets when you need a break from the tourist crowds. The Old Town is totally walkable from here – maybe fifteen minutes if you don’t mind a stroll, or hop on the metro at Centrum station which is practically around the corner. I will say the street can get a bit noisy during rush hour since it’s a real working neighborhood, but by evening things settle down nicely. Parking can be tricky if you’ve got a car – this is central Warsaw after all – but there are paid spots nearby and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The 7.7 rating feels about right for a three-star place; it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises and the price point makes sense for what you get. Plus, there’s something nice about staying somewhere that feels like a temporary home rather than just another hotel room.

Wonderful – Magdalena from United Kingdom – November 10, 2023 (9/10)
Fantastic location, very convenient. Good quick communication with host. We were allowed to drop off our bags early which was very helpful. Lovely large flat
Very Good – Mikago from Poland – October 14, 2022 (8/10)
Good localization, close to the Old Town, grocery down stairs is a plus. Vell equipped – all what's needed is there.
What could be improved: Kitchen – old products in cupboards does not look good, rather messy.Wonderful – Róbert from Slovakia – September 8, 2022 (9/10)
Good location to the center about 10 minutes on foot,
A well-equipped apartment, including a washing machine and a kitchen
What could be improved: Possible problem finding a parking space during the week
Entrance signage could be betterComfortable apartment in the city center – Stephen from Latvia – March 1, 2025 (7/10)
Central location within walking distance to the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Paid parking close by. Small supermarket downstairs. Good sized bedrooms (x2) but the 3rd bed is in the lounge. Well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine.
What could be improved: Parking could be expensive if not using your car during the day. The kitchen is very small, quite long but very narrow and would be difficult to use for more than a few days. No shower curtain in the bath/shower and no shower hanger so you have to hold the shower all the time.Very Good – Burcak from Poland – October 18, 2024 (8/10)
The location was perfect, easy access with directions and with steps for going in the flat.
Very Good – Kaspars from Latvia – July 1, 2023 (8/10)
Very good location, lot of parking places (for money).
What could be improved: Interior is worn out, doors to toilet can't be closed. If you are 1.90m or over, showering will be a little struggle.Very Good – Skumbre from Lithuania – August 17, 2022 (8/10)
A typical apartment, in a good location, maybe a bit expensive.
What could be improved: Frozen full of ice fridge.ok – Gabija from Lithuania – August 13, 2025 (8/10)
Very quiet place near the old town
What could be improved: The apartments were dirty, bed linens werent changed, there was someones hairDirty apartment in a convenient location. – Albina from Latvia – April 18, 2025 (6/10)
The apartment had a good location, with a store just around the corner and the city center not far away. It was also close to public transportation.
What could be improved: The apartment was in extremely poor condition: there was black mold in the washing machine, a thick layer of dust on the kitchen shelves, and numerous unfinished or poorly maintained details throughout. The carpet was heavily soiled, the bed linens were worn out, old, and covered in lint balls, and the sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we expected a completely different level of comfort. Upon entering the apartment, there is an immediate smell of stale cigarette smoke.Broken bed in 2 bedroom apartment in well situated area – Simon from Netherlands – August 24, 2022 (4/10)
The location is good. Walking distance of the old city and (cheap) parkingspace in front of the house. Also next to a small supermarket.
What could be improved: The bed in the ‘masterbedroom’ was broken. Half of the wooden frame was gone and the rest of the wood did not stay in place. So impossible to sleep on the bed. We used two matrasses of the sleepingcouch in the livingroom to sleep on.
Otherwise, we found a lot of empty beerbottles under the bed, also in the livingroom.
Owner really needs to change the bed, and have better cleaning.
