The place only has two rooms, which initially made me think it might feel cramped, but actually it creates this intimate, almost boutique-y atmosphere that bigger hotels just can’t pull off.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s been put together – and I’m talking brand new everything. The AC is one of those whisper-quiet units that actually works (you know how hit-or-miss that can be in older European buildings), and honestly, during Warsaw’s sticky summer months, that’s not just nice to have, it’s essential. The location puts you right in the heart of Old Town, which means you’re literally steps away from Castle Square and all those cobblestone streets that make Warsaw’s historic center so magical. But here’s the thing locals know – you’re also close enough to duck into Zapiecek for some of the best pierogi in the city, and trust me, after a day of wandering around Krakowskie Przedmieście, you’ll want those carbs.

The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you spend a night there. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star place, but it punches way above its weight class. I think what people really respond to is that it feels authentic – like someone actually cares about the details rather than just checking boxes.   Everything is new & nicely decorated. A lot was done with a small space. The AC works great, lockbox check in is super easy, location is wonderful, property is very quiet & host is responsive.

  We had a great stay at the apartment. We had booked the Pink apartment but due to some technical problems with booking the solution from the host was found immediately. We stayed right next door, in the Blue apartment which made no difference to us. We appreciated that the host let us check in earlier. The apartment was very close walking distance to the old town of Warsaw. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

  I cannot fault this apartment – the location was perfect – on the edge of the old town so just minutes from many sites but in a quiet setting. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely modern fixtures & fittings. I travelled in December but the apartment warm & comfortable.
