I mean, with a 9.7 rating, I expected it to be decent, but honestly – this place gets those kinds of scores because they’ve figured out all the little things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere.

The apartments themselves are what really sold me on this place. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms with a sad little coffee maker shoved in the corner. We’re talking proper living spaces with kitchens you’d actually want to cook in (the knives are sharp, the pans aren’t warped – trust me, I tested them). The whole setup feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together to maximize profit per square foot. What really impressed me was the attention to soundproofing – I barely heard my neighbors, which is saying something since I’m usually the person complaining about paper-thin walls. The beds are properly comfortable too, not just hotel-firm, and the linens feel expensive without being fussy.

I spent a good chunk of time just hanging out in the apartment during quieter evening hours, and that’s when you really appreciate the space. The lighting actually works for reading (revolutionary concept, I know), there’s enough counter space to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your toiletries, and the whole vibe just feels… settled. Like someone actually thought about how real people live and move through a space. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no endless upselling or confusing key card explanations. Four stars feels about right for the official rating, but that 9.7 from actual guests tells the real story. This is one of those places where the people running it clearly stay in their own properties and notice when the shower pressure isn’t quite right or when the Wi-Fi gets spotty. It’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, it’s just genuinely comfortable in a way that makes you want to extend your stay an extra night.

  10 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes to Marszalkowska. Very quiet in the night. Aircondition helps a lot when it's 30 degrees outside.

  The apartment was just perfect. So clean, so comfortable with good AC, quiet, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was wonderful. We got in late on Thursday, and found so many choices of where to eat within one block. The apartment is literally between two wonderful cafes and a bakery, so there are a lot of really affordable breakfast options. The neighborhood was so chill, we almost didn't want to leave it to go sightseeing! The host was very accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again if I could.
