Overview
Honestly, when I first heard the name “Platinum Towers Country 2 Country,” I wasn’t sure what to expect – it sounds a bit like a business conference center, doesn’t it? But this place on Grzybowska actually surprised me in the best way. You’re right in the heart of Wola, which I mean, five years ago wasn’t much to write home about, but now it’s become this interesting mix of glass office towers and trendy spots. The hotel sits on the second floor of Tower A, and while that might sound weird if you’re used to traditional lobbies, it actually works pretty well. The elevator ride up gives you a minute to decompose from Warsaw’s busy streets below, and honestly, being elevated means you’re not dealing with street noise – which around Grzybowska can get pretty intense during rush hour.
What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the Old Town, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the nearest metro (though Rondo ONZ is super close) – he mentioned that the 178 bus is often faster during peak hours and drops you right at Castle Square. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t get everywhere. The rooms themselves have this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and you know what struck me? The windows are actually big enough that you feel connected to the city. I could see all the way to the Palace of Culture from my room, which never gets old, even for someone who’s been in Warsaw a while. The beds are proper comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent water pressure.
I’ll be honest, the location took some getting used to. Wola isn’t exactly charming in a postcard way, but it’s got this energy that grows on you. You’re walking distance from some really solid restaurants – there’s this Vietnamese place called Pho Saigon just a few blocks away that locals actually go to, not just tourists. And if you need groceries or forgot something, there’s a Żabka practically next door, plus a bigger Carrefour about ten minutes on foot. The area gets pretty quiet after business hours, which means you’ll sleep well, but it also means you might want to head toward Nowy Świat or the Old Town for evening entertainment. Parking was surprisingly straightforward – they’ve got arrangements with the building’s garage, though you’ll want to mention you need a spot when you book. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but everything works like it should, the staff knows their stuff, and you’re positioned really well for both business and exploring the city. Plus, honestly, the value is solid for what you get in this part of town.

Guest Reviews
Fantastic location and appartment, really friendly, tidy and easy to navigate city.
Great location with lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity.
Easy public transport links close by and the main bus station is about a 20 min walk away.
A lot of the tourist attractions are fairly close by and the Old Town is about 30 min walk.
If you are up for using the Lime scooters, there are always plenty outside the rear of the hotel.
The manager was really helpful when we arrived and explained some of the surrounding area including places to visit for food/drinks.
The apartment was clean/tidy and modern, nice balconies with views of the city. Plenty of towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board in the room as well.
What could be improved: The mattresses and pillows could do with being changed. Mattresses were far too firm and couldn’t relax into them at the end of the day.
Pillows have seen better days and are almost falling apart.
Not really the worst things in the world, but changing these over would just elevate the apartment and make for some relaxing nights after busy days touring the city.
Overall perfect place to stay

We expect more...
Very good location. There are groceries and restaurants around. Kind host.
What could be improved: We were in February, so it wasn't very warm in the apartment. Interior and a lot of stuff need to be improved. Some stuff in the bathroom is broken. Level of cleanliness - 7 from 10.
Great location with restaurants close by, grocery in building and close enough to walk to old town.
Nice apt, clean with washer. Liked location and balcony. Easy check in. Appreciated bag of ice in freezer.
What could be improved: Kitchen not set up well - no paper towels or dish cloth or small sharp knives. Need instructions for washing machine.
No bedside light in one bedroom - have to turn light out outside the room!! Need a light by bed and a little table.
Wonderful
Great value for the price, staff was super nice and helpful!
I hope we will come back here.
Location!! It is just perfect! The appartment was clean, you can find everything you need.
What could be improved: Appaprtment need to be repaired. It was clean, there is everything you need, but a bit old equipment.
Very Good
Location is excellent and the staff were kind. We arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave our luggage in the office.
What could be improved: The apartment had a full kitchen but didn’t have any frying pans nor cooking utensils. We were looking forward to making some breakfast or easy meals for the kids but it wasn’t easy without a proper knife
Wonderful
The apartment is 7 min. walk from the metro.
