Dobre i tanie miejsce na wizytę w Warszawie

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, a taksówką 13 minut do centrum. Niecałe 20 minut pieszo do Łazienek. Mieszkanie nieduże, a mimo to spokojnie zmieściły się 4 osoby.

What could be improved: W jednej sypialni nie były przygotowane łóżka. Pościel musieliśmy założyć sami. Mimo informacji, że będą 4 osoby, na wierzchu przygotowane były tylko 3 ręczniki, czwarty udało się w końcu znaleźć pod jednym z łóżek. Był dostępny ekspres na kapsułki - niestety kapsułek brak…

Super appartement

great flat. really recommend it. but be aware, finding a parking spot is a challenge, because the property is located in sleeping district of Warsaw. However, the condition of the flat is excellent.
Everything was easy: entry into property, facilities were great, one would find everything needed in the kitchen: fridge, cooker, kettle, cutlery, everything.

What could be improved: nothing negative. everything was very good.

Dirty bedding and flat with careless host.

What could be improved: As soon as we entered the house, it was clear that no one had cleaned the floors, there was small debris everywhere, such as food leftovers, tangerine peels, hair, stains in the kitchen, dirt. There was no soap in the kitchen, the sink was also untidy. All the cabinets, appliances, dishes with greasy fingerprints and food leftovers everywhere. Dust on the windowsills and table. We immediately reported this to the owners of the apartment and sent photos. They said that they did not think there was anything wrong with it. We were horrified by such attitude, found a vacuum cleaner and cleaned it up as best we could ourselves. When we got to the rooms, another surprise awaited us, only one double bed was made up, and we paid for 4 people according to the order. We reported this to the owner, he wrote back that we could make the beds ourselves. We found the bedding on the table, and we also found some inside the beds, the point is that all the bedding was dirty and had a bad smell, it was used! even the bed that was already made up, we could see in its bedding that someone had already slept, there were women's hairs everywhere and signs of use. We were in shock. This is disgusting. When you pay 100 euros per night for a night and get a neglected, dirty apartment with dirty bedding, which we had to make ourselves it is awful experience. The conditions are much worse than in a hostel, because at least you get clean bedding there. The photos in the ad are beyond reality. The apartment requires renovation and deep cleaning.

Recently renovated and comfortable

Easy self-check-in and check-out. Nice apartment, recently renovated, well equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Lots of wardrobes. Easy to park (although there are not too many spots available). Grocery stores nearby. Quick contact through Whatsapp.

What could be improved: There are no cons! Minor ones: we didn't like the huge and fancy pillows. They are soft and could be replaced with cheaper and harder ones. The overall cleanliness was good but we took some minutes to remove some dust and small objects (a coin etc) from the floor.
