  What could be improved: Моя помилка – я не помітила, що необхідно ще платити заставу яка повертається після виселення! Яка повинна повернутись після виселення))) , тому в останній момент у мене було багато питань до персоналу. Допоміг дзвінок у службу підтримки.
  
  Дали лише одне одіяло на двоспальне ліжко. Одне односпальне одіядо на двох людей. Просто поклали його поперек ліжка)))
  На мої скарги, менеджери мене не зрозуміли і сказали що одіядо декоративне)
  
  Паперових серветок на кухні на два дні нам не вистачило і ми купували самі.
  
  Незручно розташованна кухня і вхідні двері – це проти правил пожежної безпеки. Не раджу цю квартиру для людей з особливими потребами, мамам з малими дітьми у візку і тд.
  
  Балкон / тераса є, але використовувати його фактично не можна.
  
  Вікна не можна відкрити на режим провітрювання, тільки розкрити повністю – а це перший поверх!
  
  Персонал : не вислали фото входу і я шукала підʼїзд і будинок дуже довго) у Гугл мапс адреси яку вислали в листі підтвердження не було…

  Clean and modern. Nice shower. Comfy couch and bed.
  
  What could be improved: Stingy with things like dishwasher detergent (2 tablets for 3 days). Not enough dishes meant we had to wash them frequently.
  Internet was broken (cable ripped out of the wall) but I found and fixed it.
  Only one garbage can so had to use our own trash bags for recycling.

  Bardzo funkcjonalne mieszkanie, do tego pięknie urządzone, jest wszystko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest obracany telewizor dzięki czemu telewizję można oglądać i z kanapy i z łóżka 🙂 Bardzo łatwy odbiór kluczy. I co najważniejsze, było naprawdę czysto.

  Ogólnie apartament przepiękny i wraz z przyjaciółką na początku byłyśmy zachwycone. Pięknie i elegancko urządzony, wszystko co trzeba na miejscu, naprawdę fantastycznie. Natomiast kontakt.z personelem czy opiekunem był słaby. Pierwszego dnia wieczorem miałyśmy problem ze znalezieniem apartamentu i już wtedy nikt nie odpisywał, ale rozumiem, że było to dość późną porą i w końcu się udało, więc nie był to duży problem. Natomiast podczas wymeldowania był ogromny problem z pozostawieniem kluczy. Sejf nie działał, nikt z obsługi nie chciał pomóc. Trzy osoby pomagały zamykać ten sejf i po prostu nie działał. Kontakt z obsługą był bardzo kiepski, a jedyna rada to zawiezienie kluczy na jakąś inną ulice, która była sporo oddalona od tego apartamentu. Sytuacja mocno stresowa z racji pośpiechu i braku zwykłej ludzkiej chęci pomocy.
