Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to P&O Apartments Namysłowska 6c, I’ll be honest — it doesn’t scream “hotel” in the traditional sense. This four-star property sits quietly in the Praga Północ district, and that’s actually part of its charm. You’re getting a proper apartment experience rather than the usual hotel setup, which means more space and a chance to live like a local for a few days. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, though you might walk past it if you’re not paying attention.
The Praga Północ Experience
Here’s what I love about staying in this part of Warsaw — you’re in Praga Północ, which honestly feels like the real Warsaw. This isn’t the polished Old Town that every tourist sees; it’s grittier, more authentic, and way more interesting if you ask me. The neighborhood has this great mix of old communist-era buildings alongside trendy cafes and art spaces that have been popping up everywhere. You’re close enough to the Vistula River for morning walks, and the tram connections into the city center are actually pretty solid.
Living Space and Comfort
The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious — I mean, you get a real kitchen with actual cooking facilities, not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation. The room layouts vary, but mine had separate sleeping and living areas, which made it feel less cramped than your typical hotel setup. The furnishings are modern and functional rather than fancy, but everything works well. What really stood out was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re still in a major city.
Practical Perks
You know what’s actually a big deal? The free parking. If you’re driving in Warsaw, you’ll understand why this matters — finding affordable parking in the city can be a real headache. The fact that it’s included here saves you both money and stress. The staff, when you need them, are helpful without being overly formal. They seem to understand that most guests want to do their own thing, which fits perfectly with the apartment-style setup.
Why Guests Love It
Couples really seem to get what this place is about — there’s something nice about having your own space to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. You can grab groceries from the local shops, cook dinner together, and just relax without feeling like you’re living in a hotel bubble. The location works well for people who want to explore beyond the main tourist areas, and honestly, the value is solid for what you get. It’s not going to wow you with fancy amenities, but it delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, practical base for exploring Warsaw with a bit more independence than usual.

Looks not like the pictures
The underground parking, easy check-in/out process, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher provided.
What could be improved: Although the apartment seemed clean, but the walls are in black scratches, which makes the rooms look worn. We found few plates in the cupboard dirty and oily.
But the biggest downside is that the apartment looks totally different from pictures. It is obviously the same place, but some furniture (eg. Sofa bed or table) are not the same and pictures do not reflect the state of walls. No details like decorative pillows or bed covers were there, so it looks much worse that the pictures.
In general l like this apartment, no contact with owner, parking lot 👍👍👍
I like: location, price, self check in and parking lot (under building).
What could be improved: A lot of the sockets in the apartment do not work. I had problems taking out the garbage (I couldn't find the bin). I did not like the need to pay a deposit.
Great
Location, two balconies
What could be improved: Add salt and sugar and change the sink with toilet cover

What could be improved: Cleanliness,

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment had everything what we needed.
Very Good
Central location
Underground parking
Comfortable bed in the bedroom
What could be improved: Took us a while to figure out how to get in
The staff wasn't reachable during our check-in
Living room sofa bed was uncomfortable
Very Good
Close to stadium.
What could be improved: There ir no condition
And hard to find parking space in this building. If there where some kind of instruction or pictures it would have made things easier. 🙂
Money well spent. Small inconveniences are fully compensated by a low price.
In general, for this money and almost in the very center of the capital - everything was very good. 10 minutes to the subway, 6 minutes to the tram. Underground parking directly from the elevator is very convenient. The parking lot is designed for passenger cars only. Somewhere up to 190 cm tall. Clean. Fenced area. Polite manager who communicates in several languages. At least, besides the Polish language, I could get answers in English and Ukrainian.
What could be improved: Old sheets. Not comfortable mattresses. The deposit returned to my card only on the tenth day. Although to tell the truth - judging by the bank statement - the company sent the transfer on the day of departure. A confusing moment with the keys - you need the keys to drive in. So to take the keys you have to leave the car somewhere. Parking is paid. The parking meter only wanted cash... It would also be good if the managers called back if they were unable to answer the call.
I wouldn't recommend it to others.
Good location and the car parking space is a bonus.
What could be improved: The place was not clean (mainly the bathroom); the wi-fi and TV were not working; the sofa bed was dirty and not comfy at all. We were not given enough towels (after complaining, the additional towels were given to us only on the 2nd day in the afternoon). The host wasn't helpful, nothing was done about the wi-fi. When I compare the apartment to other apartments I stayed in Warsaw (for the similar price), this one scores really poorly.
Very Good
Big apartment. The kitchen had most of the things you might need. Close to the metro station.
What could be improved: The sofa/bed was a bit dirty. The bed in the bedroom was small for two persons.
