It’s tucked right into Śródmieście on Warecka Street, which puts you smack in the middle of everything without the tourist chaos you get closer to the Old Town. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Presidential Palace and maybe eight minutes to Castle Square, but the street itself has this nice residential feel where locals are just going about their business. The building has that classic Warsaw architecture – you know, the kind that survived or got rebuilt after the war – and there’s something really satisfying about staying somewhere that feels authentically part of the neighborhood rather than some glass tower that could be anywhere.

The apartments themselves are well, actually apartments – not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge slapped in the corner. I had a proper kitchen (which saved me a fortune since Warsaw restaurant prices can add up fast), decent-sized living area, and the bedroom was quiet even though you’re right in the city center. The 4-star rating feels about right – everything works, it’s clean, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like some places, but it’s not trying to be fancy for fancy’s sake. What I really appreciated was the little stuff: good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this might sound weird – but the elevator was reliable, which matters when you’re hauling luggage up to the fourth floor after a long travel day. Check-in was straightforward too, though I’d recommend confirming the exact process beforehand since it’s not a traditional hotel lobby setup.

Location-wise, this is where the place really shines. You’re close enough to walk everywhere that matters, but far enough from Nowy Świat that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. There’s a decent grocery store just a few blocks away on Królewska, and if you need pharmacy stuff or want to grab coffee that doesn’t cost a small fortune, the local spots along Warecka have you covered. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving – I mean, it’s central Warsaw, so that’s not exactly shocking – but public transport connections are solid. The 8.1 rating seems fair, maybe even a touch conservative. I’ve definitely stayed in places that cost more and delivered less, especially in this part of the city. It’s not going to wow you with some Instagram-worthy rooftop pool or whatever, but if you want a comfortable base for exploring Warsaw without paying through the nose for location, this hits the sweet spot. Just don’t expect daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel – it’s more of an extended-stay vibe, which honestly worked perfectly for me.

  L'immeuble et L'appartement sont de bon standing. L'équipement est complet, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de capsules pour le café (ca ne coûte pas grand chose pourtant et c'est très appreciable).
  La situation géographique est exceptionnelle en plein cœur, a proximité de tout avec c'est incroyable plus, le parking compris !

  Het appartement is een prima uitgangspunt om Warschau te verkennen. Het ligt centraal en bus en metro vertrekken om de hoek. Daarnaast zijn om de hoek diverse eetgelegenheden.

  Хорошее расположение квартиры на центральной улице, рядом с метро. Квартира большая, высокие потолки, две спальни и раскладной диван в гостиной на 2 спальных места. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, утюг, мыло для рук, шампунь. Рядом продуктовый магазин. Есть домофон.
  
  What could be improved: Не указано в сообщении, что нужный подъезд искать по номеру квартиры со двора. Отсутствие шторы в душе, очень мягкие кровати, было довольно шумно как со стороны улицы, так и со двора, если спать с открытыми окнами.

  После бронирования получили четкие и подробные инструкции и ожидали что и дальше все будет чудесно. Оправдало ожидание только месторасположение, близко к центру и метро! Уборка не идеальная, постельное белье с дырками и пятнами (подушку просто перевернули, чтоб не было видно), вода из ванной уходит очень медленно, стоишь по косточку в воде принимая душ и следующему человеку надо прилично времени ждать пока она уйдет! Техникой не пользовались – тут ничего сказать не могу! Кофеварка была, но кофе к ней не было!
