You know what caught me off guard about this place? The elevator ride up to the 23rd floor – honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from the building’s entrance, but then those doors open and boom, you’re looking out over Prague like you own the damn city. I mean, the apartment itself is solid (that 4-star rating feels about right), but it’s really the views that’ll make you forget you’re paying for a hotel room instead of just crashing at some incredibly well-connected friend’s place.

The space actually feels lived-in, which I appreciate – none of that sterile hotel vibe where you’re afraid to touch anything. The kitchen’s properly stocked too, not just for show, so if you’re the type who likes grabbing fresh bread from one of those little bakeries Prague’s famous for, you can actually do something with it. Speaking of location, while the address listing seems a bit vague online, you’ll figure out quickly enough that you’re in one of those neighborhoods where locals actually live – you’ll hear Czech conversations in the hallways, smell real cooking from other apartments. It’s not touristy, which honestly makes the whole experience feel more authentic. The building’s got that Eastern European apartment block thing going on from the outside, but don’t let that fool you – once you’re up there, it’s quite nice.

What really sold me on recommending this place (and that 8.8 rating makes sense now) is how quiet it gets at night despite being in the city. Maybe it’s the height, or just good windows, but you can actually sleep without earplugs. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that hotel lobby ceremony, just practical key exchange and someone who actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations. Fair warning though: if you’re scared of heights or get dizzy in elevators, this might not be your spot. Also, grocery runs mean planning ahead since you’re not just popping down to street level for two minutes. But honestly? Wake up to those sunrise views over the red rooftops, make coffee in your own little kitchen corner, and you’ll understand why some people end up extending their stays here longer than planned.

  This is actually a very good apartment, although i did not like it at all when arrived mainly due to lack of cleanliness. Once vacuum cleaned (loads of breadcrumbs also around the chairs and sofa), mopped (extremely dirty water in the bucket means floor was not mopped for ages) and dust removed next day – the place really grew on us, and we felt comfortable.
  The location is great, and you can easily get to the city centre by means of public transport (trams, busses). Parking spot is available in the garage, and this is a big plus. Žabka, Lidl, Barbershop in the same building, Auchan & Biedronka 5min away. Big shopping mall 10 min far. All by feet.
  Kitchen well equipped, 2 TVs with apps, bedroom bed comfortable.

  Świetna lokalizacja. Super udogodnieniem były pobliskie sklepy. Apartamencik bardzo ładny i wywarł same pozytywne wrażenia. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Miejsce jak najbardziej spełniło nasze oczekiwania na ten wyjazd.

  Świetny apartament, lokalizacja na 23 piętrze robi wrażenie. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, jest nawet podstawowy ekspres do kawy. Na parterze Lidl, nieopodal piekarnia. W cenie miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Po naszym przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma pilota do garażu. Właściciel błyskawicznie zorganizował dostawę urządzenia na miejsce, choć kierowca trafił w najgorsze godziny do jazdy. Na czas kiedy trzeba udać się po pilota do apartamentu można zaparkować auto na parkingu podziemnym Lidla, po pobraniu biletu można parkować bezpłatnie przez 1,5 h. Właściwe miejsce parkingowe jest poziom niżej.
