There’s this fantastic little pierogi place just two blocks down that locals actually eat at (not just tourists), and the morning coffee scene around here is surprisingly good. The apartment itself sits on a quieter residential street, so you’re not dealing with tram noise all night, but you can still walk to the Vistula riverbank in about ten minutes – perfect for those evening runs or just sitting by the water with a beer from the corner shop.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to blend that artistic vibe (hence the “Arte” in the name, I guess) with actual practical comfort. The balcony isn’t huge, but it’s big enough for morning coffee and faces a direction where you get decent afternoon light without being blasted by sun all day. And honestly? Having guaranteed parking in Warsaw is worth its weight in gold – I’ve seen people circle blocks for an hour looking for a spot. The apartment feels lived-in rather than sterile, with these interesting art pieces that seem curated rather than just thrown up to fill wall space. The kitchen actually has proper knives and a coffee maker that works (you’d be surprised how rare that is), though I should mention the shower pressure can be a bit temperamental in the mornings – nothing terrible, just something to keep in mind if you’re one of those people who needs a power shower to wake up. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward key-handoff-at-a-random-café situation you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The whole experience just feels more thoughtful than most places in this price range, and given that 8.5 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks so.
