You’re basically in a modern development that used to be – surprise – an old brewery complex, hence the name. The whole neighborhood has this relaxed vibe during weekdays, then comes alive on weekends when people hit the restaurants and bars nearby. I could walk to decent coffee in about three minutes, and there’s a Żabka right around the corner for those late-night snack emergencies we all pretend we don’t have.

What really sold me on the place was how they’ve set up the apartments. The kitchen actually works – like, really works, not just some sad mini-fridge situation. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because honestly, why wouldn’t you when you’ve got proper counter space and decent cookware? The living area doesn’t feel cramped either, which is saying something for Warsaw where space comes at a premium. The whole setup reminded me why apartment-style stays beat regular hotels nine times out of ten. You get your own rhythm going instead of feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s business. Check-in was refreshingly simple too – none of that standing around the lobby forever while they “find your reservation” drama. The building itself is quiet enough that I never heard neighbors, but you’re not stuck in some sterile bubble either. Street noise is minimal, though you’ll catch some activity from the courtyard area on weekend evenings – nothing crazy, just people actually enjoying themselves. Parking was easier than I expected, which in Warsaw is basically a small miracle. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place that just works without trying too hard to impress you.

  Cudowny bukiet kwiatów na stole – mało kiedy spotykane, ekspres do kawy i dużo kapsułek – super, dużo oświetlenia – różne konfiguracje i make up w łazience dzięki temu bez problemów. Ogólnie apartament tak wykończony, ze dobrze się tam czuliśmy od samego wejścia. Do tego świetny kontakt z Panem Michałem.
