Honestly, when I first walked up to Premium Apartment Victoria 141, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place – but man, was I wrong. The building itself has this understated charm that you don’t really notice from street level, and once you’re inside, it’s clear someone actually cares about the details here. The lobby isn’t trying too hard to impress, which I actually appreciate more than those over-the-top hotel entrances that scream “we’re compensating for something.”

What really got me was how genuinely comfortable everything felt. The apartment I stayed in had this lived-in quality – not worn out, mind you, but like someone’s stylish relative actually lives there and knows how to make a space work. The kitchen was properly stocked (you know how rare that is in most places), and I mean with actual sharp knives and decent cookware, not the usual dull plastic nonsense. The bed was one of those situations where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed, and the sheets – well, they felt expensive even if they probably weren’t. I slept better there than I have in some supposed luxury places that cost twice as much.

The neighborhood itself grows on you. During the day it’s got this quiet residential vibe, perfect for working if you need to (the WiFi actually works, which is saying something), but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. I walked to grab coffee most mornings and found this little spot about three blocks down that clearly caters to locals – always a good sign. Evenings were peaceful without being dead, if that makes sense. You’ll hear some city noise, but it’s the comfortable kind, not the “someone’s having a breakdown at 2 AM” variety. The 9.6 rating honestly makes sense when you stay there – it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it gets all the fundamentals right in a way that makes you want to extend your stay. I actually did end up staying an extra night because, well, why mess with a good thing?

  Das Apartment-Komplex sowie das Apartment waren sehr sauber. Der zugehörige Parkplatz (Nr.3) direkt vor dem Gebäude war super.
  Das Apartment ist klein für zwei Personen, aber für 3 Nächte ausreichend.
  Die Ausstattung ist ok, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt zu kommen, mit der Tram hat es ca. 30 min gedauert.
  Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief ohne Probleme.
