Okay, so Premium Center Apartment Golden Street might sound like a mouthful, but honestly? This place surprised me in the best way possible. I mean, when you see “3-star” you’re not exactly expecting miracles, but walking into this spot – it’s got this cozy apartment vibe that immediately makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re crashing at a friend’s really nice place. The whole setup is way more spacious than your typical hotel room, and you know what really got me? They actually have a proper kitchen area where you can make real coffee in the morning instead of that weird hotel room instant stuff.

The Golden Street location is honestly pretty solid – you’re right in the thick of things without being on one of those crazy busy streets where you can’t sleep because of traffic. I walked everywhere during my stay, and most of the good restaurants and shops are maybe a 10-minute stroll max. The building itself has this older European charm (you can tell it’s been around a while), but inside they’ve clearly put some effort into updating things. The floors are these nice hardwood planks that don’t creak when you walk around at night, and the windows actually block out street noise pretty well. I was worried about that, honestly, but I slept fine even on Friday night when people were out celebrating.

What really impressed me – and I’m sort of picky about this stuff – was how clean everything felt. Not that sterile, bleach-smell clean that some places go overboard with, but genuinely well-maintained. The shower has proper water pressure (thank god), and they stock decent toiletries, not the tiny bottles of mystery soap. The bed is comfortable too, though the pillows are on the softer side if that matters to you. One small thing that bugged me was the Wi-Fi could be spotty in the bedroom, but it worked fine in the main living area. Also, fair warning – there’s no elevator, so if you’re on the third floor like I was, you’ll get your daily workout hauling luggage up those stairs.

The staff deserves a mention here because they actually seemed to care about helping rather than just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, they gave me solid recommendations for dinner spots (not tourist traps either), and when I had a question about laundry they sorted it out immediately. That 9.0 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be some fancy luxury experience, but it delivers on what it promises and then some. For the price point, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring rather than lounging around the room, this place hits that sweet spot where you feel like you’re getting genuine value. I’d definitely book here again, and I’m already thinking about it for my next trip back to the area.
