Вельмі добрая кватэра, дзе добра спалася.

Вельмі ціхае месца, усе вокны ў ціхі двор. Ложкі дасканала камфортныя.

What could be improved: Адзінае, што можна параіць гаспадарам, - пазначыць, што трэба ўваходзіць у пад'езд, абазначаны "34", а не ў "34B", бо код пад'езда пасуе і для "34B", заязджаеш на паверх, а там няма сейфа для ключа. І ты такі не разумееш, а што рабіць.

Overall a very good apartment - I recommend it!

Clean and cozy apartment, kitchen has all needed, great location, public transport is close, shopping is well reachable, quiet, warm, nice TV (billions of channels), good wi fi.

What could be improved: I spent two days adjusting to the matrasses but then I slept well.

We loved the apartment, the utilities and the amenities. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location is perfect and the building is safe.

What could be improved: I had to change to earlier flight after I made the booking. I reached out to the hosting company with an enquiry about early check in. It took them few days to respond and they said no. I then asked if I change the booking to a day before, can we check in early morning. Although they said that we can check in any time as this is a self- check in property they also told me that at this point it was too late to change the booking as this must be done few days (5?) before arrival. There is also no place to keep the luggage until check in (well, it's an apartment not a hotel). But the only reason it was too late is because the enquiry response was very slow.
If they allowed me to change the booking, they would have made more business and we wouldn't have to waste half a day sitting on our suitcases and waiting.
They should revisit their policies and their response time.
