The Bemowo district isn’t exactly where most tourists end up (you’re looking at about a 20-minute metro ride to get into the heart of Warsaw), but that’s actually what makes this spot work so well. It’s properly residential here – I mean, you’ve got families walking their dogs in the evening, kids playing in the courtyard areas, that sort of authentic Warsaw neighborhood vibe that you just don’t get when you’re staying right in the Old Town with all the other visitors.

The garden they mention? It’s not huge, but it’s genuinely peaceful – I actually spent my first morning there with coffee, listening to birds instead of traffic, which felt pretty luxurious for a city break. The house itself has this solid, unpretentious feel to it… well-maintained without being fancy, if that makes sense. What really impressed me was how quiet it actually gets at night – I’m usually a light sleeper, but even with the windows open (the rooms can get a bit warm in summer), I slept better here than I have in some countryside places. The owners clearly know what they’re doing with the soundproofing or room placement. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Warsaw by car will appreciate – there’s space right there, no circling blocks looking for a spot or dealing with those confusing parking meters.

I’ll be honest, the location means you’re not walking to Łazienki Park or the Palace of Culture in five minutes, but the metro connection from nearby gets you anywhere you need to go pretty efficiently. Plus, there’s something nice about coming back to an actual neighborhood in the evening – I grabbed dinner at this little place down the street that definitely doesn’t see many tourists, and the whole experience felt more… I don’t know, real? The rooms themselves are comfortable without being flashy – good beds, decent shower pressure, everything works like it should. It’s the kind of place where you can tell someone’s put thought into the details without trying to impress you with unnecessary extras. If you’re the type who values actually sleeping well and having some space to breathe over being in the absolute center of everything, this place delivers on what it promises. Just don’t expect luxury hotel amenities – think more along the lines of staying at a well-organized friend’s place who happens to live in a really nice, quiet part of the city.

  Great location, next to the forest. Nicely decorated.

  What could be improved: wifi password given to use was wrong (had to get it from back of router so not the end of the world) and wifi was slow.
  hot water in the bath has no pressure at all, yet it does in the sink tap.
  Listing says house, but it is actually an upstairs annex apartment in the house. Does mention this in the description, but the title is misleading.
  Stairs are very steep and at the top of them only half is protected with bannisters, if you have young children you need to watch them carefully near them!

  Nice apartment with garden, place is very quiet, has parking garage (not for a big car), you can also leave your car outside. 2 minutes away bus station, around 30 minutes by bus to center of the city.

  Ładne, przestronne mieszkanie na górze domu. Osobne, zamykane wejście na górę. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej oraz do parku.

  What could be improved: Ubytování je v druhém patře rodinného domu, tedy bohužel nemáte soukromí, zahrada je společná. Ubytováni je poměrně zastaralé a některé části vyžadují rekonstrukci.

  What could be improved: Byłyśmy z koleżanką w grudniu. Obiekt fajny, jednak przy niskich temperaturach na zewnątrz oczekiwałoby się ciepła w domu. Niestety w środku było zimno i nie działał prysznic. Ciśnienie było ledwo co i brak ciepłej wody. Nie działał też tv. Mimo przyjazdu obsługi, nie udało się naprawić. Kontakt i obsługa miła.

  Przyjemnie urządzone, przestronne mieszkanie. Czysto i przytulnie. Dla szukających spokoju z dala od gwaru miasta OK.
  
  What could be improved: Brak ogrzewania. Było zimno co szczególnie przeszkadzało w łazience. WIFI tragiczne (poniżej 1Mb/s). Było nas dwóch a znaleźliśmy tylko jeden ręcznik (?). W TV tylko jeden kanał odbierał. Ponieważ do najbliższych sklepów jest około 2km to przydałby się ekspres do kawy (nawet kapsułkowy).
