Well, these apartments actually managed to nail that sweet spot where everything’s pristine but still feels like a home you’d want to hang out in. The moment I walked into my unit, I was honestly impressed by how thoughtfully everything was laid out. The patio isn’t just some tiny afterthought either – it’s genuinely spacious enough that I found myself having my morning coffee out there every single day, watching the neighborhood slowly wake up.

The garage situation is honestly a game-changer, especially if you’re like me and stress about parking in unfamiliar cities. No circling blocks at 11 PM looking for a spot, no worrying about your car getting dinged – just pull right in and you’re done. Inside, the apartments have this modern but lived-in vibe that’s hard to describe. The kitchen actually has counter space (revolutionary, I know), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that I definitely stood under for way too long. What really got me though was the attention to little details – like, the lighting isn’t harsh and hospital-like, the windows actually open properly, and there’s enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your chargers.

I’ll be honest, with a 9.6 rating I was wondering if people were just being generous, but after staying there I totally get it. The whole place just works. It’s quiet enough that I slept like a rock every night, but you’re not stuck in some isolated bubble either. The staff – well, the few times I interacted with them – were genuinely helpful without being overly chatty, which I appreciate. My only tiny gripe would be that the walls are maybe a bit thinner than ideal (heard my neighbor’s TV once or twice), but honestly, that’s pretty minor when everything else is this solid. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a proper apartment rather than just another cookie-cutter hotel room, and you actually want to enjoy hanging out in your space instead of just crashing there, R HOUSE is definitely worth considering. Just don’t expect to want to leave that patio.
