So I’ve stayed at RentPlanet’s place on Geodetów a couple times now, and honestly, it’s become my go-to when I need something comfortable in Warsaw without breaking the bank. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Ochota – you know, that solid communist-era construction that actually holds up better than you’d expect. What I really like about this spot is that you’re genuinely living like a local here. Geodetów street is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well (trust me, this matters in Warsaw), but you’re still close enough to everything that counts. There’s a Żabka literally around the corner – I mean, we’re talking a two-minute walk – and the tram stop on Grójecka is maybe five minutes if you walk at a normal pace.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home, which I guess makes sense since it’s not some sterile hotel chain setup. The kitchen is properly equipped – I’ve made everything from scrambled eggs to a full dinner here, and you’ve got real plates, not those flimsy things some places give you. The wifi is solid (worked fine for video calls during my last business trip), and the heating actually works, which honestly surprised me the first time I stayed here in February. One thing though – the shower pressure isn’t amazing, but it’s perfectly adequate, and the hot water is consistent. I’ve definitely stayed in fancier places with worse plumbing. The bed is comfortable enough that I don’t wake up feeling like I wrestled with it all night, and there’s decent storage space if you’re staying more than just a weekend.

What really sold me on this place is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re in actual Warsaw here, not some tourist bubble. There’s this great little bar called Hydrozagadka just a few streets over that most visitors never find, and if you walk about ten minutes toward Plac Narutowicza, you hit some genuinely good restaurants that locals actually eat at. The area gets busy during rush hour since you’re near some main routes, but it settles down nicely in the evenings. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – street parking is possible but you’ll probably circle the block a few times. The 7.9 rating feels about right to me; it’s not luxury, but it’s reliable and comfortable, and the location gives you that authentic Warsaw experience without feeling like you’re roughing it. I mean, for a 3-star place, it punches above its weight in terms of actually being liveable for more than just a night or two.

  Wszystko co potrzebne na krótki wyjazd dla jednej osoby znajduje się w obiekcie, czysto.
  
  What could be improved: Minusem jest brak balkonu i słaby kontakt z wynajmującym, ponieważ telefon jest na infolinię. Co prawda miłe Panie, ale nie niestety nie rozwiązały mojego problemu. Może była to błahostka, ale miałam kłopot, żeby odgadnąć jak używa się czytnika do otwierania drzwi wejściowych. Na szczęście mieszkańcy bloku byli bardzo pomocni w tej kwestii. Ogólnie polecam.
