The building itself sits right on Okrzei Street, and while it’s not going to win any architecture awards, it’s got that solid Eastern European apartment block charm that actually grows on you. The apartments are surprisingly spacious – way more room than you’d get in a hotel for the same price – and they’ve done a decent job with the renovations without losing that authentic Warsaw feel.

What I really appreciated was how the place sits perfectly between the tourist bubble and real Warsaw life. You’re literally a ten-minute tram ride from the center (the 26 line is your friend here), but step outside and you’ve got actual neighborhood cafes where locals hang out, not just places serving overpriced pierogi to visitors. The Praga district has this amazing transformation happening – old factories turned into art spaces, craft beer spots popping up everywhere, and honestly some of the best nightlife in the city if you know where to look. The apartment kitchens are actually functional too, which is rare – I ended up cooking a few meals because there’s a decent grocery store just a couple blocks down, and after a while you get tired of restaurant food anyway.

Now, let me be real about a few things – this isn’t luxury accommodation, and the 7.4 rating feels about right. The WiFi works fine, the beds are comfortable enough, and everything’s clean, but you might hear your neighbors sometimes (thin walls are just part of the apartment building experience here). Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, though honestly you don’t really need a car in this part of Warsaw. The check-in process was smooth when I stayed – they’re pretty responsive over WhatsApp, which is way better than standing around a hotel lobby. What really sold me on the area was walking around in the evenings… there’s this energy that’s hard to describe, like you’re seeing Warsaw as it actually is rather than the version packaged for tourists. The Vistula riverbank is close enough for morning runs, and if you’re into street art, well, Praga is basically an open-air gallery. For the price point and the experience of staying somewhere that feels genuinely local, it’s a solid choice – just don’t expect hotel-style service or amenities. You’re trading those for space, authenticity, and a neighborhood that’ll probably surprise you in the best way.

  The location is great, the view from the window is awesome.
  Everything is new in the building.
  
  What could be improved: There was no kitchen towel, there was no dish soap, there was a dishwasher but not even one tablet for it.
  There was a coffee machine with one capsule, but the water tank was just sticky from the inside and since there was no soap I couldn't even wash it.
  The bed sheets for a double bed were a two pieces of a single bed sheet, so they were just sliding while I slept.
  The instructions to get the keys were a bit confusing, could be better.

  Location was really good.
  
  What could be improved: In the beginning it was difficult to find the place. Also it was complicated to find a parking spot. We were four people and stayed 3 nights, but there was only one roll of toilet paper. For the kitchen – the tap was broken, there was no sponge or something like to do the dishes or atleast wipe the table. And yes.. if you have a spider phobia this apartment is not for you.

  It could be a nice property if it will change operational company.

  What could be improved: Awful check in. Absolutely no connection to the service company. We were sitting next to building more than hour and waited for check in. But nobody respond. Then at 16.02 robot sent us sms about key box and password . We were searching for 15 minutes this place, and then there were no key. I called support, ypung guy say that will find some solution and call me back ,but he didn't. In 40 minutes cleaning lady come, and tell us ,that just 20 minutes ago they tell her to clean 😡😡😡 So the apartment were awfully dirty, dishwasher were still working, and awful smell everywhere. So we clean everything by ourselves. But still small problems everywhere, so … OWNERS, just change this awful unprofessional managing company. And you will have much more happy people there.

  We liked the presence of a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a good kitchen (stove and cutlery), a vacuum cleaner.
  
  What could be improved: We did not like the not very good cleaning, the lack of air conditioning, the heated towel rail that does not work in the summer, the lack of a hand towel for each guest (there was only a large body towel for each guest and one foot towel for all), the lack of two separate garbage cans for organic and plastic waste.

  What could be improved: No parking as stated in the listing , spent 30 min looking for space on the street. I could rent much cheaper place , but they had no parking , so i choosen more expensive one with the larkk h. , listing was not correct. Misleading me.

  What could be improved: This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we've had.
  We ultimately had to book elsewhere after just one night. (Although been charged for 3 nights)
  
  This property engaged in deceptive practices by advertising features that simply didn't exist. The listing clearly presented itself as having two proper double beds, but in reality, offered only a cramped studio with one bed and an uncomfortable sofa.  (not a proper second sleeping space).
  
  A Check-In Process Designed to Fail:
  The host's check-in instructions set us up for failure from the beginning. Their vague directive to "collect keys from security" ignored the reality that:
  
  1- There were multiple security offices across several identical-looking buildings with no signage or directions
  2- None of the guards at the first two buildings we tried had any knowledge of guest arrivals
  3- The security staff who finally had our keys required 20 minutes to locate the keybox in their unorganized system so we had to enter the pin to retrieve the keys (lol)
  4) We received no building directions or access codes after finally getting the keys
  
  What should have been a 5-minute process consumed nearly 1 hour of our time due to the host's complete lack of proper coordination. This wasn't just poor communication – it was a fundamental breakdown in basic hospitality standards that forced us to play detectives just to access the apartment we'd paid for. The experience made it immediately clear that this host prioritizes convenience for themselves over livability for guests.
  
  Why We Couldn’t Stay ?
  The apartment was completely different from the listing.
  The sofa was unsuitable as a bed (uncomfortable and impractical).
  We had no choice but to leave and book alternative accommodations.
  
  The Host’s Unhelpful Response:
  Denied a refund, falsely claiming the listing was "accurate."
  Blaming us for not contacting them (even though check-in support was nonexistent).
