Bait-and-Switch Listing, Chaotic Check-In & Wasted Money

What could be improved: This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we've had.
We ultimately had to book elsewhere after just one night. (Although been charged for 3 nights)

This property engaged in deceptive practices by advertising features that simply didn't exist. The listing clearly presented itself as having two proper double beds, but in reality, offered only a cramped studio with one bed and an uncomfortable sofa.  (not a proper second sleeping space).

A Check-In Process Designed to Fail:
The host's check-in instructions set us up for failure from the beginning. Their vague directive to "collect keys from security" ignored the reality that:

1- There were multiple security offices across several identical-looking buildings with no signage or directions
2- None of the guards at the first two buildings we tried had any knowledge of guest arrivals
3- The security staff who finally had our keys required 20 minutes to locate the keybox in their unorganized system so we had to enter the pin to retrieve the keys (lol)
4) We received no building directions or access codes after finally getting the keys

What should have been a 5-minute process consumed nearly 1 hour of our time due to the host's complete lack of proper coordination. This wasn't just poor communication - it was a fundamental breakdown in basic hospitality standards that forced us to play detectives just to access the apartment we'd paid for. The experience made it immediately clear that this host prioritizes convenience for themselves over livability for guests.

Why We Couldn’t Stay ?
The apartment was completely different from the listing.
The sofa was unsuitable as a bed (uncomfortable and impractical).
We had no choice but to leave and book alternative accommodations.

The Host’s Unhelpful Response:
Denied a refund, falsely claiming the listing was "accurate."
Blaming us for not contacting them (even though check-in support was nonexistent).

What could be improved: W apartamencie było niedokładnie posprzątane, pralka uszodzona i nie działał internet ani telewizja.

Good

The location is great, the view from the window is awesome.
Everything is new in the building.

What could be improved: There was no kitchen towel, there was no dish soap, there was a dishwasher but not even one tablet for it.
There was a coffee machine with one capsule, but the water tank was just sticky from the inside and since there was no soap I couldn't even wash it.
The bed sheets for a double bed were a two pieces of a single bed sheet, so they were just sliding while I slept.
The instructions to get the keys were a bit confusing, could be better.

What could be improved: Brudne naczynia w szafkach, brudne sztućce w szufladzie, brak darmowych kosmetyków o których napisane w ogłoszeniu, brak kontaktu z gospodarzem

Location was really good.

What could be improved: In the beginning it was difficult to find the place. Also it was complicated to find a parking spot. We were four people and stayed 3 nights, but there was only one roll of toilet paper. For the kitchen - the tap was broken, there was no sponge or something like to do the dishes or atleast wipe the table. And yes.. if you have a spider phobia this apartment is not for you.

Good place for several days

Hello. Thank you for opportunity to living in Warsaw :)

We liked the presence of a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a good kitchen (stove and cutlery), a vacuum cleaner.

What could be improved: We did not like the not very good cleaning, the lack of air conditioning, the heated towel rail that does not work in the summer, the lack of a hand towel for each guest (there was only a large body towel for each guest and one foot towel for all), the lack of two separate garbage cans for organic and plastic waste.

Predivan pogled, lijep apartman, dobro opremljen.

What could be improved: Nečisto suđe u perilici, prljavi tepih u dnevnom boravku. Nejasne upute za check in.
