Look, I’ll be straight with you about RentPlanet’s place on Wolska – it’s one of those apartment-style setups that’s honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying. The building sits right on this busy street in Wola, which I mean, yeah it can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but you’re also perfectly positioned to actually experience Warsaw like someone who lives here. The apartments themselves are clean and functional – nothing fancy, but they’ve got that European efficiency thing down where everything just works. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit and was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was, especially compared to some of the cramped hotel rooms you’ll find in the Old Town area.

What I really appreciated was how the neighborhood feels authentic rather than touristy. You’ve got this great little bakery just down the street where locals grab their morning coffee (and trust me, skip the hotel coffee if they even have it), plus there’s a Żabka convenience store practically next door which became my lifesaver for late-night snacks and bottled water. The Wola district gets overlooked by most tourists, but honestly? That’s their loss. You’re a quick tram ride to the center – the 22 line runs right along Wolska and gets you to the Palace of Culture in maybe 15 minutes. I actually found myself enjoying the evening walks back from dinner, watching the neighborhood wind down for the night.

The staff was helpful enough during check-in, though don’t expect round-the-clock concierge service or anything like that – this isn’t the Bristol Hotel, you know? But that 7.2 rating feels about right to me. There were a few minor things that kept it from being perfect – the shower pressure could’ve been stronger, and the walls are thin enough that you’ll hear your neighbors if they’re having a good time. The kitchen setup was actually better than I expected though, with a proper-sized fridge and a stovetop that worked well when I decided to cook some pierogi I’d picked up from the market. Parking was surprisingly easy to find on the side streets, which anyone who’s driven in Warsaw will tell you is basically a miracle. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where I wanted to settle in somewhere rather than just crash between sightseeing marathons. It’s got that lived-in feeling that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local, if that makes sense.

  The apartment was big clean & good location
  
  What could be improved: The staff wanted to charge me because I couldn't open The door with the key and they were supposed to give me the right code! Of course I didn't pay it was NOT MY FAULT.

  The studio is really nice and clean, it has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, etc)
  The location is also pretty nice.
  
  What could be improved: There is no AC in the room, so I had to sleep with the open windows and there’s a very loud highway right infront of the building. So sleeping was a bit of an issue.
  The building hallways smell like shawarma, cause there’s a shawarma cafe downstairs.
  The pillows could have been better, they have zero support

  The apartment furnitures quite well just like normal hotel room, and the minikitchen area is with cooking/dinning stuffs, and even simple spice.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in introduction from staff is not that clear. Actually they have two entrance door and depends on the room you get, the route you follow will be different. But they don’t have clear explanation. And when I went to the wrong way and tried to connect with the staff, they said it very easy just like “ you got to the wrong way”but not guiding me to the right way until I asked other people in that building then fix by myself. I think you should make the check-in info more detailed. And also plz trained the staff to offer the solution actively.

  Everything was good except the fact that it was paid for the apartment that was not provided by owner. The provided one was lower level and cheaper. There were no reaction nor apology from the stuff. In general, the provided apartment was fully equipped and comfortable, but not the one that was ordered originally.

  Amazing location and the apartment was bright and nice. However the beds were really small and uncomfortable. Thats the only con for this property because they have provided all possible amenities that anyone would may need.

  What could be improved: Check in Instructions exactly at 16.00 with wrong door-code. Support didn't answer for 1 hour 15 min. I was standing next to locked door.

  The location is very good, lots of shops around. There was no problems with check in process. The room was quite big for this value.
