Recommend place.. will save it for future

Services were amazing. We stayed there for a month. And our whole stay was so peaceful that no one was there to disturb or break our privacy. No involvement of staff directly. We were happy there throughout our stay

What could be improved: I write this information at booking 22 th of June (This date was the first date our arriving) I can't use the reserved appartments, because residents live there who threaten my life together with the girl. The police were called to the threats. All this information I write in the booking, no response has been received . The situation happend because that the residence smoke in their room, the balcony of which borders our room, to a polite request not to smoke several times, people responded with aggression, since the rules prohibit smoking in the room, and the use of physical force with threats to kill us. It is impossible to stay in the room because there is a smell of cigarettes. The managers of this location ignore most of my messages and don't want to money back. I haven't lived a day in the room I booked.
A police report was filed regarding fraud and tax audit. And on top of that there are dirty towels.

This is the worst room and it is not worth the money.

What could be improved: Everything is very bad.Everything is dirty: dirty linen, furniture, visiting. It is indicated that it is forbidden to smoke, but the apartments were smoked so that this stench did not go away. Check-in is at 4 pm, and earlier is not ready to accept, and check-out is at 11 am. What so long can be done between guests if you do not clean anything? Terrible service! Horrible staff. The photo does not correspond to what is in fact.
This is the worst room and it is not worth the money.

Perfect three days stay.

The Property is by the roadside so it was very easy for my friends to locate me but I was forced to check out of the room before my time according to the owner the cleaner wanted to clean the room before noon so I had to hand around until my taxi came in the afternoon at 3 o'clock. But I will rent the room again when I revisit Poland.

What could be improved: The people I met in the flat were amiable, and they always wanted to assist me.

The rating about 5.0 and when booking you know what to expect for that. It is relatively clean.

It was relatively clean. However the cleaning after 22.00 was very loud and woke me up (I needed rest and went to be early).
The rating of 5.0 on booking suggest low values and the property overall experience is matching that number. IT could be much worse.

What could be improved: The listing is was clearly described (for me) in terms of availability of the facilities. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. There is large cleaning fee that was not clearly communicated and is relatively large sum. Although most likely the cleaning fee is described it is not included in the overall listing in booking (search by price). The other guest were very loud and it was hard to rest/sleep when there were using the kitchen (I have large tolerance for this, but there are limitation.
