You know what? I was honestly skeptical when I first heard the name “Royal Family Apart” – it sounds like something lost in translation, right? But after staying here near Młociny metro station, I get why this place has such crazy high ratings. It’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’re in on a secret that other travelers haven’t figured out yet.

The location is actually brilliant if you understand how Warsaw works. Młociny might not sound glamorous (it’s literally the end of the red metro line), but that’s exactly why it’s perfect. You’re far enough out to avoid the tourist chaos and inflated prices, but honestly, you can be in the Old Town in like 20 minutes on the metro. The station is maybe a five-minute walk, and there’s this massive shopping center right there if you need groceries or just want to grab coffee without venturing into the city center. I mean, locals do their shopping here, so you know the prices are reasonable and the food court actually has decent pierogi.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to make these apartments feel like, well, actual homes rather than sterile hotel rooms. The kitchens are properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. I’m talking full-size appliances, real cookware, enough counter space to actually prepare meals. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), and the Wi-Fi is solid throughout. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can be a nightmare in central Warsaw. The whole check-in process was smooth, though you might want to brush up on basic Polish phrases or have Google Translate ready – the staff is friendly but English isn’t always their strong suit. The building itself is modern and clean, with that efficient Eastern European apartment block vibe that’s actually quite charming once you get used to it. You’ll hear some neighborhood sounds – kids playing, the occasional tram in the distance – but it’s the kind of authentic urban soundtrack that makes you feel like you’re living somewhere real rather than trapped in a tourist bubble. The area gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which is perfect if you’re trying to recover from jet lag or just want a peaceful night’s sleep before tackling Krakowskie Przedmieście or Łazienki Park the next day.

  The apartment is very comfortable and looks truly appealing. It's even better and cozier IRL than on the photos. But the best part about our stay was the service. The host was very polite and attentive, was always reachable, and showed a sincere willingness to help us make our stay comfortable and make us feel like special guests. The communication was easy and pleasant, and we got some extra services we didn't expect. Amazing experience, I can 100% recommend both this apartment and this host.

  The apartment is very clean, cozy and stylish. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very attentive and nice. We were asked several times if we are happy with the apartment and if we might need some thing. Every our request was fulfilled (like additional hairdryer) and every question answered within several minutes. I can highly recommend this apartment and host. 11 out of 10 👍

  The apartment was very nice and stylish. All the furniture and appliances was brand new. The host was super nice to us and helpful. He meet us in the apartment showed everything how to us and tell all the places around where we can go.

  Very well equipped apartment, has a lot of space for large families and groups of travelers. We were staying as a group of 5 adults and 3 children from 1,5 to 4 years old. The owner met us at the entrance to the building, showed were to park a car (the building has an underground parking) and helped to carry our baggage to the apartment. He explained all the details of usage of all the equipment in apartment (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, internet access, etc.). He also explained how to get to the closest grocery stores and to the center of Warsaw. All the furniture and equipment in apartment are new and easy to use, you’ll have TV with Netflix, high speed internet. It takes 10 min walking to get to the nearest metro station and to the big commercial center with lots of stores and restaurants. Absolutely satisfied with our experience in the apartment, 100% recommended.

  Świetnie wyposażony apartament. W kuchni wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria, ekspres do kawy, szeroki wybór herbat. Dużym plusem są 2 łazienki, również świetnie wyposażone. Jest pralka, suszarka do ubrań, suszarka do włosów, nawet mini ręczniczki do rąk/twarzy. Sklepy spożywcze (Lidl, Biedronka, Żabki) pod nosem. W pobliżu również piekarnia rzemieślnicza, warzywniak, apteka, pizzerie, sushi i galeria handlowa. Do stacji metra 10 min spacerkiem.
  Niezmiernie miły i kontaktowy gospodarz!! Gorąco polecam!!
