Overview
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first booked the Royal Warsaw Apartment – I mean, three stars doesn’t exactly scream luxury, right? But honestly, this place completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. Walking up to the building, you get that classic Warsaw residential vibe, and while the exterior might not win any beauty contests, there’s something charmingly authentic about it that those sterile hotel chains just can’t match.
The apartment itself is where things get interesting. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone actually thought about how real people live, not just how tourists pass through. The kitchen – and I mean a proper kitchen, not some sad little mini-fridge situation – has everything you’d actually want to use. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because, well, why not? There’s a little market just down the street where the locals shop, and you can grab fresh bread and those amazing Polish pastries for practically nothing. The living space flows naturally, and I actually found myself hanging out there in the evenings instead of feeling trapped in a tiny hotel box. The bedroom’s comfortable enough, though the street can get a bit noisy in the mornings – nothing terrible, just the usual city sounds of people heading to work.
What really sold me on this place was how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not stuck in some touristy bubble, but you’re not stranded either. I could walk to the Old Town when I wanted that classic Warsaw experience, but I also discovered this incredible little café around the corner where I don’t think I heard a word of English the entire time I was there. The 9.0 rating makes total sense once you realize what you’re getting – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but it absolutely nails what it is trying to do. Sure, the check-in process was a little unconventional (more like getting the keys to a friend’s place than a hotel), but the person who met me knew the area inside and out and gave me restaurant recommendations that were spot-on. I mean, where else are you going to get a spacious apartment, a genuine local experience, and the freedom to actually live like a person instead of just exist like a tourist? For the price point, especially in Warsaw where decent accommodation can get pricey fast, this place delivers something pretty special.
Warsaw hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Poland’s capital, known for its remarkable post-war reconstruction and dynamic business environment.

1. Great location Old town Warsaw - wonderful view from the window! Lots of cafes/ restaurants/ shops walking distance. Also lots of museums and attractions around.
2. Great communication with apartment owners - they responded very quickly and sent very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment.
3. Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
4. Lots of tips on museums/ attractions from owners left in the apartment.
Location could not have been better. You're on the old square, within minutes walking distance to anything. We enjoyed being able to roam the old town and high street without having to worry about staying out too late and cabbing it back. We were always less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment. And what a view from the windows!
Clean, cosy, ....very nice.
