Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Warsaw, and this apartment on Rynek Nowego Miasta really surprised me. You know what’s great about it? You’re literally living on one of the most charming squares in the city – and I mean actually ON the square, not just “nearby” like so many places claim. The two-level setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family because someone can crash upstairs while others hang out downstairs without everyone being on top of each other. The location is just… well, it’s one of those spots where you feel like you’ve discovered something special. Most tourists never make it past the Old Town Market Square, but this little gem sits in what locals call the New Town (though it’s actually from the 15th century – go figure). You can walk to the famous Barbican in about three minutes, and the Royal Castle is maybe a ten-minute stroll down cobblestone streets that honestly make you feel like you’re in a fairy tale.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. During the day, there’s this lovely buzz from the cafes around the square – you’ll hear the gentle clatter of coffee cups and conversations in Polish drifting up, but once evening hits, it’s surprisingly peaceful for being so central. The apartment itself has this authentic feel without being stuffy or museum-like. I mean, you’ve got modern amenities (thank god for good wifi and a proper shower), but the character is still there in the exposed beams and the way the floors creak just slightly when you walk around upstairs. The windows overlook the square, so you can people-watch over your morning coffee – there’s something oddly satisfying about watching locals hurry to work while you’re still in your pajamas.

Honestly, the only minor thing is that parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – but that’s true for most of central Warsaw, and there are paid spots nearby if you know where to look. The check-in was smooth (they actually met me at the apartment, which was way better than hunting down some random office), and the whole experience just felt more authentic than staying in one of those big chain hotels near the Palace of Culture. You’re close enough to walk everywhere you’d want to see, but you’re also in a neighborhood where actual Varsovians live and work. Plus, there’s this fantastic pierogi place called Zapiecek just a few streets over that locals actually eat at – not just tourists. The 8.5 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but for experiencing Warsaw like someone who actually lives here, it’s pretty much perfect.

  Despite the fact that busy squares are very close by, the house is located in a very quiet place.
  
  Attic is located at the level of the tops of the doors. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping….
  
  windows views are enchanting. Separately – the apartment has a super lighting control system ))) And the treats that greeted me in the apartment added to the pleasant feelings towards the owners.

  I strongly recommend these apartments, especially to those people who are planning a trip with their friends. There is a very large space for one person here, and when I lived here, I thought about how cool it would be to live here with friends. Great location, beautiful views from the window, silence, and as if the apartment was created for you, for a comfortable life!

  Very comfortable apartments for a long stay, in a compartment of circumstances I had to extend my stay in the apartment, and I did not regret this decision. The apartment has all the amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen accessories, iron and ironing board. Even though I lived alone, I could easily find another blanket and pillow, and make a place for myself on the sofa if I was too lazy to go up to the second floor where the bedroom is!)
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I lacked was a means for washing dishes!) Although there were detergents for the dishwasher, I preferred to wash the dishes myself.

  The best nights were spent here! Beautiful apartment with a beautiful design. Very convenient lighting system (light can be adjusted on each floor). Clean apartments, even despite the carpet, I, as a person with allergies, had a good night's sleep. Beautiful view of the city, easy access to transport (5-10 minutes on foot), a minute walk from a mini grocery store, and a little further a bigger grocery store.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the house, so you need to be prepared for the fact that you have to drag the suitcase up to the top. Otherwise, over time, you get used to constantly going to the top floor.

  Worst experience – don’t understand the ratings!
  The host team bombarded me with authomatic messages yet they ignored simple questions I have asked about check in
  Totally unavailable also for the extreme smell in the bedroom
  Impossible to sleep there
  Paid a high amount to sleep in an uncomfortable couch, ruined my vacation and had to check out asap
  They ignore my reminders to reimburse me
  Lately booking has had aweful accommodations with unmatching high rating
  No compensation yet either
