This 4-star spot has that perfect 10 rating for good reason, and after spending a few nights there, I totally get why.

The sage green color scheme isn’t just thrown around as a marketing gimmick – it’s actually woven throughout the space in this really thoughtful way. I mean, you’ve got these soft green accent walls that somehow make the whole place feel both modern and calming at the same time. The apartment itself is way more spacious than the photos suggest (and trust me, I’ve been burned by misleading hotel photos before). The kitchen actually has counter space you can use – not just those tiny galley setups where you can barely fit a coffee mug. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple mornings because, well, the setup was just too nice not to use.

What really struck me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere. I’m usually pretty sensitive to street noise, but the windows must have decent soundproofing because I slept through the night without any issues. The bed’s one of those memory foam situations that doesn’t make you feel like you’re sinking into quicksand – just the right amount of support. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around in a cramped lobby while they “prepare your room.” The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the entire space, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024, but you’d be surprised how many places still mess this up.

I did notice the bathroom could use slightly better ventilation – nothing major, just takes a bit longer to clear up after hot showers. But the water pressure more than makes up for it, and there’s actually decent storage space for your toiletries instead of those ridiculous tiny shelves you usually get. The living area has this great natural light during the day, and the seating arrangement actually works for both lounging around and getting some work done if you need to. You’ll find yourself hanging out there way more than you’d expect. If you’re someone who appreciates clean, modern design without all the cold minimalist stuff, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly. It feels like staying in a friend’s really well-put-together apartment, except everything actually works and someone else cleans up after you.
