Hotel Description
You know what? I was honestly surprised by how much I liked staying at Saska Kępa Apartamenty. Look, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy lobbies or anything – it’s a solid 3-star spot – but there’s something really authentic about this place that I actually preferred over some of the flashier hotels I’ve stayed at in Warsaw’s city center. The location on Czeska Street puts you right in the heart of Saska Kępa, which is this cool residential area that feels like you’re living in Warsaw rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re literally surrounded by locals going about their daily lives, cute cafes that aren’t tourist traps, and these tree-lined streets that make morning walks actually enjoyable. The tram connections are fantastic too – you can get to the Old Town in about 20 minutes, but honestly, I found myself spending more time exploring the neighborhood itself.
The apartments themselves are pretty spacious, which was a relief after some of the shoebox hotel rooms I’ve endured in European cities. Mine had this decent-sized kitchen that I actually used (the local Żabka convenience store is like a two-minute walk), and the bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. The Wi-Fi worked well – important for me since I was doing some work remotely – and the heating was solid, which you definitely appreciate in Warsaw during the cooler months. I will say the soundproofing could be better; you can hear some street noise, but it’s not the kind of busy traffic chaos you get in the center, more like the occasional tram and people chatting as they walk by. Actually kind of charming in a way.
What really sold me on this place was how it felt like staying in a real Warsaw neighborhood rather than a tourist bubble. There’s this great little bakery around the corner where the woman behind the counter started recognizing me after day two, and Saska Kępa Park is literally right there – perfect for morning runs or just sitting with coffee and watching locals walk their dogs. The check-in process was smooth, the staff spoke good English (though my terrible Polish attempts were met with patient smiles), and parking wasn’t the nightmare I expected. For the price point and that 8-rating it has, I get it completely. It’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable, authentic, and puts you in one of Warsaw’s most livable neighborhoods. If you’re the type who wants to experience a city like a temporary resident rather than a tourist passing through, this spot really delivers on that front.

Reviews
Great location near the stadium. – Daniel from Romania – August 8, 2025 (9/10)
Excelent location near the stadium.
What could be improved: The mattress a bit slim.Great location, fair prices. Overall worth the money – Yu from Lithuania – December 23, 2024 (8/10)
Location to nearby eateries, proximity to the stadium where I was attending a exhibition
What could be improved: Parking was not as easy as thought along the side of the road and it’s quite dark after sundownWonderful – Darja from Latvia – August 26, 2024 (9/10)
Staid there second time and would return.
Cheap, nice location – Samuele from United Kingdom – August 11, 2024 (7/10)
The price reflects the quality. Location is great: quite, safe but close the stadium and the transport for the center. Lovely street nearby with trendy cafes, restaurants, etc. we choose the place because our friends leave next street.
What could be improved: The floor in the living/sleeping room makes a lot of noise. If someone stands up at night everyone will wake up. There was no soap in the shower and no bottle of water provided. Kitchen is not really for cooking. Whilst the price is very low still this are basic things. Better to increase the price of 5 euros a night and provide basics things than providing nothing. (I have 20+ years experience in hospitality)Good of a one day stay – Austėja from Lithuania – August 11, 2024 (7/10)
We really enjoyed this flat for its location! It's a quiet neighborhood with free parking, and you can reach the center just in 30min walk. Overall I'd say it's a good pick for a one night stay.
What could be improved: Since we were staying here last year for the same price, this year we got slightly disappointed. We got a different flat and it was super small. Kitchen had only a kettle and a fridge. The shower was tiny and broken, doors did not close properly.Quiet place for one night – Alexander from Germany – July 23, 2024 (8/10)
Silent place. Free parking is available near the stay
Fast but nice stay. – Mateusz from Poland – June 18, 2024 (9/10)
Location 5 min walk from PGE arena. Apartment quite big. And sauna in bathroom shocked me 🙂
What could be improved: Fridge needs some cleaning.Wonderful – Margaret from Spain – April 25, 2024 (9/10)
Good location, warm room, easy to get the keys.
Perfect stay in a beautiful and well connected area. – Katarzyna from Poland – December 11, 2023 (9/10)
perfect beautiful location with great breakfast options. Or, there is a kitchen in the apartment so you can make your own.
What could be improved: Nothing.Good – Gerli from Estonia – August 24, 2023 (7/10)
Nice neighbourhood. Big terrace.
What could be improved: Small. Noisy, could hear people through walls (house has several rentals). Not so private, as some workers peeked in. No stove. Hard to find free parking space, many-many cars in the street.
