  The price reflects the quality. Location is great: quite, safe but close the stadium and the transport for the center. Lovely street nearby with trendy cafes, restaurants, etc. we choose the place because our friends leave next street.
  
  What could be improved: The floor in the living/sleeping room makes a lot of noise. If someone stands up at night everyone will wake up. There was no soap in the shower and no bottle of water provided. Kitchen is not really for cooking. Whilst the price is very low still this are basic things. Better to increase the price of 5 euros a night and provide basics things than providing nothing. (I have 20+ years experience in hospitality)

  We really enjoyed this flat for its location! It's a quiet neighborhood with free parking, and you can reach the center just in 30min walk. Overall I'd say it's a good pick for a one night stay.
  
  What could be improved: Since we were staying here last year for the same price, this year we got slightly disappointed. We got a different flat and it was super small. Kitchen had only a kettle and a fridge. The shower was tiny and broken, doors did not close properly.
