Honestly, whoever set this place up actually thought about what travelers need – there’s decent WiFi (I was working remotely without issues), a kitchen that’s actually functional, and the bed is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling all night. The building’s got character too, which in Warsaw usually means it survived some serious history. You’ll hear a bit of street noise during the day, but it dies down after evening rush hour, and there’s something oddly comforting about the tram sounds – sort of like Warsaw’s urban lullaby.

What really sold me was how the whole experience felt authentic rather than touristy. The neighborhood has this mix of old-school Polish cafés and newer spots that cater to the growing expat crowd. There’s a Żabka convenience store practically next door (trust me, you’ll learn to love these), and if you need groceries, there’s a proper supermarket within walking distance. The 8.3 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works the way it should. Check-in was straightforward, the space was clean, and I genuinely felt like I was staying in Warsaw rather than just passing through it. Plus, being right on Marszałkowska means you’re connected to the rest of the city without needing to figure out complicated transport routes. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to come back after a long day of exploring, maybe grab a beer from downstairs and plan tomorrow’s adventures.

It has large kitchen and two bathrooms although it only had one toilet paper roll so you will have to make a choice =) Location is a walking distance to the nice park and US embassy.
