Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be straight with you about Skyline Panorama Residence Warsaw – the name sounds a bit fancy for what’s technically a 3-star place, but honestly? That 9.3 rating isn’t lying. I’ve stayed here twice now, and there’s something about this spot that just works.
First time I walked in, I was expecting your typical budget-ish hotel experience, you know what I mean? But the lobby actually surprised me – clean lines, decent lighting, and none of that weird carpet smell you sometimes get. The staff behind the desk were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, and they spoke solid English which (let’s be real) isn’t always a given everywhere in Warsaw. My room was on the seventh floor, and here’s where that “Panorama” part of the name starts making sense – the view really is something. You get this sweeping look across the city that’s particularly gorgeous around sunset, with all those communist-era blocks mixed in with the newer glass towers. It’s very Warsaw, if that makes sense.
The rooms themselves are well… they’re not luxury, but they’re thoughtfully done. Everything feels purposeful rather than cheap – the bed was actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), decent water pressure in the shower, and the AC worked properly even during that brutal heat wave last summer. What I really appreciated were the little touches that show someone was thinking – proper blackout curtains that actually block light, enough outlets near the bed for your phone and laptop, and a mini-fridge that’s not just for show. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building too, which honestly matters more than fancy pillows when you’re trying to work or stay connected. There’s a small kitchenette setup in most rooms that’s handy if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street rather than eating out every meal – and trust me, your wallet will thank you since Warsaw restaurant prices have gone up quite a bit lately. The neighborhood itself is residential but not dead – you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but it settles down nicely at night. I never felt unsafe walking around, even when I got back late from exploring the Old Town.
What really sets this place apart though is that it feels like they care about getting the basics right rather than trying to impress you with stuff you don’t need. The cleaning is thorough, the building feels secure, and when I had a question about getting to Chopin Airport early in the morning, they actually gave me useful advice about the train timing rather than just shrugging. For the price point – and I mean this – you’re getting way better value than a lot of the chain hotels that cost twice as much but leave you feeling like just another room number. It’s the kind of place I’d book again without hesitation, and actually recommend to friends visiting Warsaw who want something reliable without breaking the bank.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Warsaw through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for experiencing the city’s rich history and modern development.

Gustė from Lithuania (10/10)
The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location was absolutely perfect. The host was friendly and communicative.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Warsaw!Olha from Ukraine (10/10)
Apartments are really comfortable and are very close to the old town. No need to commute, just walk. Fresh and clean interior, and kind host. . As a bonus is "Zabka" – a local food store on 0 level – 24/7, 6am/11pm, including weekends.
Lejla from Bosnia and Herzegovina (10/10)
The location of the apartment is truly exceptional. All important places are located within 1km (and there are attractions all around). Also, it is well connected to the other parts of the city and the airport by local transportation.
Aleksandra from Germany (10/10)
The apartment is located very centrally. 15min by foot from Central Station.
Directly next to the house entrance-there's Żabka-a small grocery shop.
The apartment is really big. 2 separate bedrooms and a living room.
Good up to 4 people (1 double bed, 1 room with single bed, and 1 single bed-sofa in the living room).
Everything at the flat was very clean and well thought.
A big surprise and small highlight for our "4 girls group" was an extra room nr 4 (not mentioned in the apartment description) – kind of dressing room with a wardrobe and a huge-2m high mirror.
This is where our 2 teenage girls were getting ready for the town :-).
A small espresso machine in the kitchen was also a nice treat.
Shower gel-provided in the bath.
For a great breakfast-go (5min by foot) to the bakery/French style cafe- CHARLOTTE MENORA (really great place!).
We recommend "Warsaw Uprising Museum:. (Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego). About 10-15min by foot+ bus from the appartment.
Jewish Ghetto MUseum (which is 8min by foot from the apartment and according to google: open daily till 5pm) is UNFORTUNATELY NOT WORKING TILL 2026. THEY ARE RE-CONSTRUCTING THIS MUSEUM TOTALLY NEW.
So- don't bother going there.Mariia from Spain (10/10)
Apartment is very cosy and have stunning view from wardrobe. It is perfectly located – we never used any transport to reach any touristic place + there are a lot of great restaurants around 5 min, but you'll find everything to cook at kitchen. Jose is an outstanding host, will help with anything you need.
