Honestly, when I first saw that ridiculously long name, I thought this place might be trying too hard – but you know what? Sometimes the simplest setups work best. This is basically someone’s well-maintained apartment that they’ve converted into a really solid short-term rental, and it sits right in the heart of Śródmieście on Solec Street. The whole self check-in thing actually works smoothly (no awkward key exchanges or waiting around), and having your own parking spot in this part of Warsaw is honestly worth its weight in gold. I mean, try finding street parking around here during the week – it’s a nightmare.

The separate bedroom makes all the difference if you’re traveling with someone and need actual space to spread out. It’s not fancy, but everything feels clean and functional in that understated Polish way. The neighborhood is what really sold me on this place, though. You’re walking distance from the Vistula riverbank, which is perfect for morning runs or evening strolls, and the whole Powiśle area has become really vibrant over the past few years. There’s this great little coffee spot called Relax just down the street, and you can easily walk to the Old Town or catch the metro without dealing with tourist crowds right outside your door. The building itself is typical Warsaw – that solid, no-nonsense architecture that survived everything and keeps on going.

What I appreciated most was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re still central. The Solec area doesn’t have the bar scene of Nowy Świat, so you actually get decent sleep, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The apartment has good heating (crucial in Warsaw winters, trust me), and the kitchen setup is practical enough for making breakfast or heating up pierogi from the market. It’s not going to win any design awards, but honestly, after a day of walking around the city, you just want a comfortable bed and reliable wifi – both of which this place delivers. The 8.5 rating makes sense; it’s exactly what it promises to be, nothing more or less, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re exploring a city like Warsaw.

  Location was great, shops were near, and night life was also around the corner.
  Main reason was to visit concert at the stadium and it was 15 minutes walk to it. If we will visit Warsaw again, I will definitely check if this place is free 😉
  
  What could be improved: There was no shower gel, shampoo, and no bathroom air freshener.
  Also no kitchen towel. So we had to clean our hands and dry our plates with regular body towel.

  The property is spacious and generally clean. The neighborhood is ok.
  
  What could be improved: The self-checkin instructions were sent only after a reminder and a call to the landlord. The outer fence with a grate around the building was locked with no way to get in unless you went and searched for another grate which was an open so had to wait and ask random inhabitants of the building for help. The bed sheets on the were old, torn and did not feel fresh.

  Very clean and comfortable. If you have a car, it’s the best choice. There is a huge gated parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about finding and paying for parking.

  Spent a couple of nights here for visiting the city – decent locations 20-30 minutes walk from everywhere basically. Would benefit from some darker curtains however this did not affect us due to time of year. Would recommend.

  What could be improved: The bedroom is small, you crawl on to the bed. The bathroom shower is beautiful but non functional. Only half glass door for shower so all the water will run down flooding the whole bathroom…
