The whole vibe is sort of like staying at your most organized friend’s place – if that friend happened to have really good taste and actually cared about thread count. The space itself has this clean, modern aesthetic without feeling cold or sterile, you know? There’s clearly thought put into every detail, from the way the lighting works (actually adjustable, imagine that) to the fact that they’ve got proper blackout curtains that actually block light. Small things, but honestly, it’s the small things that make or break a stay. The kitchen setup is legit too – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, but actual counter space and appliances you’d want to use. I found myself making coffee there instead of hunting down cafés every morning, which says something.

What really sets this place apart though is how quiet it manages to be. I’m usually pretty sensitive to noise when I travel, and I was expecting the usual city apartment experience of hearing every conversation in the hallway and every car door slamming outside. But the soundproofing here is surprisingly solid – either they invested in good windows or they just got lucky with the location. The bed situation is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, which happens more often than I’d like to admit at places in this price range. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward “meet me at this random corner with a description of what I’m wearing” dance you sometimes get with apartment-style stays. They’ve got their system figured out, and it shows in all those little touches that you don’t notice until you’re somewhere that doesn’t have them – good water pressure, reliable wifi, enough outlets where you actually need them. It’s the kind of place where you settle in after the first night and think, okay, I could actually get used to this.

  Хорошая квартира в хорошем доме, не далеко от центра. Большой плюс, что есть место в подземном паркинге и дистанционный доступ (получение кода от входа и кода от ящика с ключом). Апартаменты приятные, но уже немного уставшие и требующие ремонта или обслуживания.
