  What could be improved: Po przyjeździe zastaliśmy brudną pościel i mokre ręczniki po poprzednich wynajmujących,po telefonicznej interwencji przyszła pani sprzątająca z tłumaczeniem że kurier nie przywiózł pościeli,gdy już pościel dotarła pani wzięła się za jej zmianę.Zamek w łazience zepsuty, siostry syn się zaciął na pół godziny, ogólnie mieszkanie w kiepskim stanie, łóżka pozalewane, spłuczka wydaje dźwięki jan z horroru, widać że posprzątane tylko po wierzchu, dużo by jeszcze pisać,nie polecam

  Centrally located in the city. Kitchen well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: Both bedrooms have only a mattrace on the floor! which on top you can reach only by staircase. Travelled a lot in eastern europe, but this appt. has kind of a bizar interior. No athmosphere, only balcony is kind of cosy. Not clean, we detected several spots on carpet where, to our expectation, there was no cleaning, since months…Doors do not shut or fall apart. Toilet contains an old fashioned shredder, which is noisy. In general my impression was that the appt.could be renovated, then would look nice, but has been neglected instead for months or even years. Its a pity because this theoretically could be a nice appt.
  In the current stage its much overpriced.
  Bar next door tends to be rather noisy too, throwing away empty bottles at 2 am.

  Lo spazio dell'appartamento è molto ampio. La posizione è centrale: a pochi passi si raggiungono le fermate Centrum che collegano a tutta la città. Check-in e check-out completamente self e con isruzioni chiare complete di video.
  
  What could be improved: L'appartamento non aveva un buon odore ed è abbastanza permanente (probabilmente proviene dal bagno) nonostante abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte per la maggior parte del tempo. In generale l'appartamento è pulito, ma le lenzuola avevano qualche capello e pelucco di polvere. La comunicazione non è stata facile: per ottenere una risposta alla richiesta di ricevuta ho dovuto inviare 3 messaggi, nel mentre inviavano solo messaggi pre-compilati con istruzioni per check-in e check-out.

  Wielkość, duży salon, balkon, który jest niby w centrum, a jednak na uboczu 😉 więc można się zrelaksować po tłumie w stolicy.

  What could be improved: It is not easy to open the key box, and it is not easy to find the flat (the number of the door shall be indicated) . Habitants helped.
  The bar on the ground floor was loud on Thursday night, Friday morning till 4 am.

  What could be improved: Dokładnie pod apartamentem funkcjonuje cocktail bar, w którym gra głośna muzyka do późnych godzin nocnych. Pomimo zgłoszenia tego faktu telefonicznie do biura najemcy, nie było żadnego odzewu. Kamienica na wyższych piętrach jest jakby opustoszała i nieco przerażająca. Na dziedziniec może wejść każdy z ulicy, bo zamek w furtce nie działa. Sam apartament wiekowy i wymagający podjęcia pilnych działań. Pod prysznicem uchwyt na słuchawkę jest urwany, a toaleta wydaje dziwne odgłosy oraz nieprzyjemne zapachy. Wykładziny oraz płytki skrzypią pod nogami, tak samo jak otwierane drzwi do łazienki, gdzie zamknięcie się od wewnątrz graniczy z cudem. Co do zastanego porządku też można mieć zastrzeżenia – szklanki były niedomyte, a koło łóżka syn znalazł brudną skarpetę… Na pościelach i ręcznikach pozostawionych w szafach i sofie były widoczne wlosy oraz brud. Dodatkowo sofa w salonie jest uszkodzona.
