It was great

It is pretty and modern apartment, a lot of space, very good for two people, but even four would fit in completely. Very nice and modern building. Comfortable bed and sofa, we very liked the balkony. Good size kitchen and big bathroom. It has everything you need in the apartment😊

What could be improved: The minus is the squeaky bed, even when you move just a little bit it makes a noisy sound, i think bed definitely needs a replacement, but mattress was comfortable. The shower has a little bit of mold, not much but you can see it on the floor tiles.

Good place. Free underground parking. 10 minutes by foot to the old town. A few minutes to tram stops.

What could be improved: Bed was too low and creaking too much, no cold air conditioning available, summer heat was very painful.

The location is great, the place is cosy and comfy. Parking is also very convenient. During check in - no trouble, and the customer service of this property was great with any questions and at any time of the day!

Good apartments, great location, good for that money!

Everything was pretty good. This is definitely an apartment for only two, as everything is located in a single open space.
- new building, fast elevators, concierge, parking, there is a mini store nearby, everything looks neat from the outside.
- A nice double bed
- fairly good soundproofing from the street and neighbors, I did not hear voices at all (but I could hear the neighbors stomping)

What could be improved: All these disadvantages are not critical at all and are not a reason to abandon this apartment
- not very convenient check-in and check-out - because in order to get to the parking lot, you must first get to the apartment and take the remote from the parking lot - not critical, but inconvenient.
- sometimes google maps lead to a street from which there is no entrance to this house - the entrance is only from the side of Solidarity Alley
- the refrigerator is working very loudly
- the shower door does not close tightly - there is always a puddle of water after the shower.
- a very small and not comfortable sofa
- the wardrobe is occupied by a mop and a bucket and a vacuum cleaner - there is nowhere to put things - everything was hung on the chair and sofa
- very hard water + maximally dry air (for some it might be funny, but I just couldn't help but write it :) )

the apartments are perfectly equipped, have everything you need, are clean, the location is great, the communication of the staff is excellent.

What could be improved: the sofa bed creaked, you could feel the springs through the mattress, the quality of sleep on it is terrible. We recommend changing the mattress or using a mattress topper ;)
