Hotel Description
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from St. Florian Apartament when I first booked it – honestly, the name threw me off a bit, and I couldn’t quite pin down the exact address beforehand. But walking up to the building, I immediately got that “oh, this is actually nice” feeling. It’s one of those places where someone clearly put thought into the details without making a big show of it. The entrance has this understated elegance that feels more like stepping into a well-appointed friend’s building than a typical hotel, and I mean that in the best way possible.
The apartment itself – and these really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette shoved in the corner – genuinely impressed me. The space feels lived-in but pristine, if that makes sense. Like, the furniture actually matches and looks comfortable enough that you’d choose to sit on it, not just tolerate it for a few nights. I spent a surprising amount of time just hanging out in the living area because it felt… well, homey. The kitchen is properly equipped too – I’m talking real dishes, decent knives, a coffee maker that doesn’t look like it came from a gas station. You can actually cook here if you want to, though honestly, with a 9.6 rating, I kept expecting to find some catch, some corner they’d cut. The closest thing to a complaint I have is that the shower pressure could be slightly better, but I’m really reaching here.
What struck me most was how quiet everything was. I don’t know if it’s the building construction or just good luck with neighbors, but even though this is clearly a city location, you’re not dealing with street noise or hearing conversations through the walls. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward hovering around a front desk situation. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a really nice apartment from a friend who has excellent taste than staying at a hotel. It’s the kind of place where you actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it, where you find yourself thinking “I could see myself living somewhere like this.” For a 4-star place, it punches well above its weight, and that 9.6 rating? Yeah, I get it now. It’s not trying to be flashy or impressive – it’s just really, really good at being what it is.

Spacious and bright living room.
Well arranged and finished build in wardrobes. Coffee machine😊
Firmness of the mattresses. Loved it! View and proximity to stadion ( we came for a concert), plus cute little restaurants and second hands everywhere.
Our dog loved it as well.
We are for but the flat is also suited for people with mobility issues as there is a lift.Aneta from Lithuania (10/10)

Great location close to public transport but also not a far walk to the old town or PGE stadium and some close by shops and restaurants . clean and spacious . Great views and secure. Would recommend property. The host leaves a book with everything you need to know and also some recommendations .

Location of the apartment, neighbourhood and house/apartment architecture was excellent, as well as furniture and design of the apartment matched the one of the house. There were water, coffee and tea provided.

the apartment was clean, cozy, we felt like we were at someone's home, not in the apartment.
The place is good, quiet, safe. A closed yard with parking is a big plus.
The owners of the apartment left a book with full information on how to use the equipment in the apartments, all information on how and from where to travel by tram, metro, bus. There were even recommendations for restaurants and bars.
I highly recommend this apartment.Mmäesalu from Estonia (9/10)
Room was big and nice. Location is very good (metro, tram station very close). Lots of places to eat. Bed was harder (for me it's perfect – don't like soft beds). The view to the city was great.

The apartment is great, with an amazing view of Warsaw city center. It has been renovated but maintains its old-fashioned charm. You can find anything you might need. The landlord is friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful flat, great location and easy access.
We really enjoyed our stay – especially a great view from the window and the fact that apartment is pet friendly. On top of that there is everything in the flat that you need in case you want to cook and stay there longer.
Thank you very much!
