I mean, we’re talking about a 4-star property that actually earns its rating – and that 9.7 guest score isn’t just people being nice.

The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, if that makes sense. Not in a worn-out way, but more like they’ve been designed by people who understand how travelers actually use a space. The kitchenette isn’t just for show – you can actually cook a proper meal without hunting around for basic utensils. I loved having that extra counter space to spread out my stuff, and the living area gives you room to breathe after being cramped in planes and taxis all day. The beds are surprisingly comfortable too, though I’ll admit I was skeptical at first since apartment hotels can be hit or miss on that front.

What really sets this place apart (no pun intended) is how quiet it stays, even when you’d expect it to be busy. I stayed during what seemed like a pretty hectic period – lots of families coming and going – but the soundproofing must be decent because I never felt like I was listening to other people’s conversations through the walls. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward waiting around while they figure out your reservation. The staff actually seemed to know what was going on, which honestly feels rare these days. They had local recommendations that went beyond the obvious tourist spots, and I got the sense they’d actually tried the places they were suggesting rather than just reading from some corporate script. Little touches like that make a difference when you’re trying to figure out a new city. The location works really well if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than in some sanitized hotel district – there’s actual neighborhood life happening around you, but you’re not so far out that getting to the main attractions becomes a project.

  Great apartment in a quite zone, we really enjoyed the stay. The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is very clean, modern, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we need. The city center is pretty close, just a 20 min walk, also there are shops and a metro station nearby.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this upscale apartment as a group of 4. The apartment has a fresh and spacious design, is very well equipped (incl. coffee machine) and is located in a new neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the old town, stadium and nice parks are all in walking distance. The hostess was very helpful and quick to respond. We would happily stay again in Stadium Apart.

  This apartment is the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in. It is also very well equipped as far as the kitchen use. It is a very spacious place with high quality furniture (not your typical IKEA furniture) and beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Metro station is only 500m walk which makes it easy to explore the whole Warsaw. The host is very welcoming and super friendly. She gave us all the tips what to see in Warsaw and where to eat.
