  Wadliwie zawieszone firany i zasłony. Przy zaciąganiu firanki spadła ona na podłogę odsłaniając brudne okno.
  Zero półek w łazience na odkładanie swoich rzeczy, zarówno przy umywalce jak i pod prysznicem.
  Minimalna ilość sztućców. Po nawet małym posiłku trzeba było je zmywać. Ogromnym minusem jest brak miejsca w garażu. Na chodniku przed blokiem jest zakaz parkowania. Ogólnie można stwierdzić że w całej dzielnicy Wilanów jest bardzo mało miejsc parkingowych. Więc jeśli nie ma się miejsca w garażu podziemnym to ma się naprawdę problem.
  Mieszkanie nadaje się tylko do bardzo krótkiego najmu.
