You know what struck me first about this place? The location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives here. I mean, you’re literally steps from Plac Zbawiciela – and if you don’t know that square yet, you will after staying here. It’s where all the locals hang out, especially on weekend evenings when the whole area comes alive with people spilling out of cafés and bars.

The studio itself is honestly bigger than I expected for a 3-star place. Warsaw apartments can be tiny, but this one actually gives you room to breathe. The setup is smart too – everything you need is there without feeling cramped. I loved that the kitchen area wasn’t just for show (you know how some hotel kitchenettes are basically useless). You can actually cook a proper meal if you want to hit up the Hala Mirowska market and grab some fresh ingredients. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, which honestly happens more often than I’d like to admit when traveling.

What really makes this spot special though is how it sits in the neighborhood. Koszykowa street itself is pretty quiet – you’re not dealing with tram noise all night like you would closer to the main thoroughfares. But walk five minutes and you’re in the heart of one of Warsaw’s coolest districts. There’s this little café called Charlotte that does incredible coffee just around the corner, and honestly, the breakfast there became part of my daily routine. The whole Mokotów area has this laid-back vibe that feels refreshing after dealing with tourist crowds in the Old Town. Plus, getting around is actually easy – the metro isn’t far, and there are trams that’ll get you wherever you need to go without the hassle of driving in Warsaw traffic (which, trust me, you don’t want to deal with).

I was surprised by how well everything worked – the WiFi didn’t cut out during video calls, the hot water was consistently hot, and check-in was straightforward without any of those annoying complications you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The building itself has character without being run-down, if that makes sense. It feels authentically Warsaw without the rough edges that make you question your life choices. That 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but it absolutely nails what it’s supposed to be. If you want to stay somewhere that feels like a temporary home base rather than a generic hotel room, and you appreciate being in a neighborhood where you’ll see more locals than tourists, this place delivers exactly that.

  Чудові апартаменти. Чисто. Нові меблі і ремонт. Ліжко досить комфортне. Замок на дверях безключовий доступ, вводиш код і двері відкриваються. . І це дуже зручно. Заселилися о 15:00 на дві доби. Виселення о 11:00. Зручне розташування. Близенько до посольства США. Господар привітний. Рекомендую ці апартаменти.
