You’re not stuck in the touristy Old Town bubble (though it’s easy enough to get there), and instead you’re surrounded by tree-lined streets where actual Varsovians live and work. The apartment itself sits in this quiet residential pocket where you’ll hear birds in the morning instead of traffic – which, coming from someone who’s stayed in plenty of city center hotels, is honestly refreshing. What really sold me was the garage situation. I mean, if you’ve ever tried to park in Warsaw, you know this is basically gold. No circling blocks looking for a spot, no worrying about your rental car overnight. Just pull in and you’re done.

The security aspect isn’t just marketing speak either – there’s proper building access control, and the whole area just feels safe walking around, even late at night when you’re coming back from dinner in Żoliborz or wherever. The apartment itself has this lived-in quality that I actually prefer to sterile hotel rooms.   The apartment was roomy, peaceful, and immaculate. It was well-equipped with various amenities. I was particularly pleased to find basic cooking supplies such as oil and spices.   The spaciousness, beauty and quality of design and decor is exceptional, more than lives up to the photos! Comprehensive, quality facilities, along with an upper story balcony peaceful amongst tall trees. Great location with easy access into the old town and city centre.   Very spacious apartment. The beds are great. The bed linen is comfortable. There is a good view from the window, very quiet. Huge balcony. The kitchen has everything you need, a good dining table. 2 bathrooms, good shower. There were all the necessary tools and items. Thanks to the owner. I want to stay here again.
