You know what struck me first about this place? The name is a bit of a mouthful – Sunny & modern 2 beds spacious air-conditioned Warsaw – but honestly, it’s pretty much truth in advertising. I mean, it really is sunny (those windows are huge), definitely modern, and yeah, spacious enough that you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The air conditioning actually works too, which is more important than you might think during those surprisingly warm Warsaw summers when the city sort of shimmers with heat.

The apartment sits in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood – not one of those touristy bubbles where everything’s overpriced and nobody actually lives there. I loved that I could hear kids playing in the courtyard in the evenings, and there’s this little bakery about two blocks away where the woman behind the counter remembered my coffee order by day three. The building itself has that solid, pre-war feel that makes you think it’ll outlast us all, but inside it’s been updated really thoughtfully. The floors are this warm wood that doesn’t echo when you walk around (trust me, your downstairs neighbors will appreciate that), and the kitchen has everything you actually need, not just the bare minimum some places give you.

What really won me over was how the space feels lived-in rather than staged – there are books on the shelves that look like someone actually reads them, and the couch is the kind you can sink into after walking around the Old Town all day. The bedrooms are genuinely separate spaces, which matters if you’re traveling with someone whose sleep schedule doesn’t match yours, and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showerheads that makes you want to stay in there way too long. The whole place gets this amazing light in the late afternoon that made me understand why they put “sunny” right there in the name. I spent a lot of evenings just sitting by those big windows, watching Warsaw go about its business while I planned the next day’s adventures. For a 3-star spot with a 9.0 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for – comfort without pretense, space to actually relax, and that feeling like you’re staying somewhere real rather than just passing through.

  Bardzo miła Pani właściciel, w dniu przyjazdu udzieliła nam wszelkich informacji na temat dojazdu i dostania się do mieszkania. Dodatkowo podała informacje o restauracjach i sklepach obok. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne, łóżka niesamowicie wygodne. Niczego nam w nim nie zabrakło:) Wokół dużo fajnych placów zabaw dla dzieci. Duży plus za klimatyzację w mieszkaniu, trafiliśmy na upały i zdecydowanie się przydała:)
