Look, I’ll be honest with you – SuperApart Belwederska isn’t going to blow your mind, but it’s actually a pretty solid choice if you want to stay in Mokotów without breaking the bank. The mini studio setup is exactly what it sounds like – compact but cleverly arranged, sort of like someone took a regular apartment and said “how can we fit everything essential into one room?” The kitchenette is small but functional (I managed to make coffee and heat up some pierogi from the nearby Żabka), and honestly, the bed was more comfortable than I expected for a 3-star place. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it gets at night, even though you’re on Belwederska street – I mean, it’s not completely silent, but the double windows do their job pretty well.

The location is where this place really shines, though I wouldn’t call it touristy in the slightest. Mokotów feels like actual Warsaw – you’ve got locals walking their dogs, kids heading to school, that whole residential vibe that’s refreshing after dealing with crowded Old Town areas. There’s a decent tram connection right there (you can catch the 4 or 15), and honestly, getting to the center takes maybe 20 minutes tops. What I really appreciated was having that big Carrefour just a few minutes walk away – super handy when you realize you forgot toothpaste or want to grab some actual Polish snacks. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel, with tree-lined streets and those classic Warsaw apartment blocks that somehow manage to look both Soviet-era and charming at the same time.

Check-in was straightforward enough, though the building entrance can be a bit confusing at first – it’s one of those places where you need to buzz up and wait for someone to let you in. Parking might be tricky if you’re driving (street parking only, and it fills up), but honestly, you don’t really need a car here anyway. The 7.3 rating seems about right – it’s not fancy, and the bathroom could use some updating, but everything works and it’s clean. I stayed there during a quieter period in late fall, so I can’t speak to how it handles the summer tourist rush, but the whole area has this calm, residential energy that I doubt gets too crazy even in peak season. For the price point, especially if you’re planning to actually explore Warsaw rather than just crash in your room, it’s a decent base – just don’t expect any bells and whistles beyond the basics done well.

  – The apartment in general is TOO small area-wise to even be considered an apartment. There is almost no space between the couch and table. The Booking listing photos of the property make it look much bigger than it actually is and are therefore, deceiving.
  
  – The neighbors in the room right next to were loud and kept talking and having conversations that I could easily hear until 3 AM

  Уютная маленькая комната на 10м этаже. минимальное количество приборов для готовки было. Рекомендую для одной ночёвки для двоих, для одного можно и дольше остаться. мы останавливались на 4 ночи.
  
  What could be improved: Это не квартира, это комната. Очень слышно соседей в соседней комнате, их туалет находится в проходной и поэтому всегда имеется шум. в другой квартире есть балкон и при открытом окне запах сигарет идёт нам в комнату.
  Стиральная машина с запахом плесени, в резинке сама плесень и грязь. всё бельё в комнатах персоналом стирается в этой стиралке, поэтому всё проживание в комнате стоял запах плесени и как будто мочи. для двоих взрослых человек комната очень маленькая, за столом не удобно сидеть.

  What could be improved: Не змогли розібратися із електроплиткою, так і не ввімкнулася. Таким чином неможливо було у повній мірі скористатися функціоналом кухні. Не з першого разу вдалося отримати ключ (із навісного сейфу перед дверима апартаментів).

  Кімната невеликого розміру, було чисто. Всі необхідні речі для приготування їжі, сну були в наявності. Розташування добре, близько до громадського транспорту, магазинів, поруч знаходиться парк. Для ночівлі на 1 день підійде.
  
  What could be improved: В приміщенні в літню пору душно, чути поруч людей, які винаймають сусідню кімнату у квартирі. Пральна машина надзвичайно дивні звуки видавала під час роботи, було враження, що можливо є якась поломка. Звісно, були помітні деякі недоліки (пошкоджені двері шафи, розетка у ванні, яка стирчала, двері від вологи у ванні трохи зіпсовані, засмаровані стіни місцями).
