You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw over the years, and SuperApart Bobrowiecka really surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away in Mokotów – which honestly is one of those neighborhoods that feels properly residential but still gets you around the city without the tourist chaos. The building itself is modern, nothing too flashy, but when you walk into the actual apartment… well, it’s clear someone put real thought into making this feel like home rather than just another sterile hotel room. The kitchen actually works (I mean, you can cook a proper meal here), and there’s this lived-in quality to the furnishings that makes you want to kick off your shoes immediately. I spent a good chunk of one evening just sitting by the window with coffee, watching the neighborhood wind down – there’s something oddly satisfying about seeing actual Warsaw life happening below instead of the usual hotel courtyard view.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives here. Bobrowiecka street is quiet enough that you’ll sleep well (trust me on this – I’m sensitive to noise), but you’re literally a ten-minute walk from some excellent local spots that most tourists never find. There’s this little bakery around the corner that does incredible sernik, and the tram connections are so good you can get to the Old Town or central areas without dealing with the parking nightmare that is downtown Warsaw. I actually ended up walking to Łazienki Park one morning – took maybe fifteen minutes through these tree-lined streets that feel worlds away from the busy tourist areas. The building has secure entry, which is reassuring when you’re hauling luggage around, and parking… well, it’s Warsaw, so it’s not exactly spacious, but there are spots if you’re patient.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone gets what travelers actually need. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for video calls (tested it multiple times), the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough counter space in the bathroom to spread out your stuff without everything falling into the sink. The apartment stays cool in summer without cranking the AC constantly, and honestly, having a washing machine available felt like luxury after weeks of travel. I mean, it’s not the Four Seasons or anything, but for the price point and the authentic Warsaw experience, it’s spot-on. The check-in was smooth – no standing around lobbies or dealing with crowds – and the whole setup just feels more… real, I guess? Like you’re borrowing a friend’s place rather than staying in tourist accommodation. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience a city rather than just visit it, this is exactly the kind of place that makes that possible.

  Our stay was great, it was extremely clean, modern, cozy, tidy. There was everything we needed in the apartment, such as clean towels, hair dryer, coffee, sugar, we were just amazed, the location was in a good place next to a bus stop, we would go back there again.

  The apartment had everything you need for one night. A great place if you want to take a break from the city noise with the kids. The apartment has a private yard. There is a fenced children's playground near the house.

  Flat is good overall apart from bedrooms (see below). A garden at the back, semi detached kitchen. Modern and equipped as expected.
  Word of notice: the pictures may be misleading.. The offer mix two flats which then get assigned to travelers. I wanted the flat on building c, got another flat in building D , as i realized once i entered the property. I asked for a change when i realized it, a nice lady called back and offered a swap to the other flats but at an extra price. I declined but liked that i was offered some alternative ( at my expense though)
  
  What could be improved: Big minus for the bedrooms. Beds are not comfortable at all. Main bedroom is a mish mash of old furnitures, bunker beds, no easy access to power sockets etc. Other room is a convertible sofa, so comfort is not great either. Really recommend changing the beds and rooms arrangement as those really decrease the experience. Also, Shower curtains are too short.
