Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to SuperApart Jana Pawła II 18, you immediately get that feeling you’re in the thick of things — and honestly, you are. This four-star property sits right on one of Warsaw’s main arteries, which sounds intimidating but actually works perfectly. The building has that solid, no-nonsense Polish architecture that tells you it’s built to last, and there’s something reassuring about checking into a place that feels so rooted in the city.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re genuinely in Śródmieście, which means you can walk to pretty much everything that matters in Warsaw. The Palace of Culture and Science is basically around the corner, and you know what? You’ll either love having that iconic (some say controversial) tower as your neighborhood landmark or you’ll get tired of explaining it to people back home. The location score of 9.5 isn’t just marketing fluff — couples especially seem to get it, rating it a perfect 10 for romantic getaways, probably because you can stroll to dinner and drinks without dealing with taxis or public transport.
The Apartment Experience
The room setup here is what makes SuperApart different from your typical hotel stay. You’re getting an apartment experience, which means you have space to actually live a bit while you’re visiting. The kitchen situation is particularly nice — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space if you want to grab some Polish groceries and try your hand at making pierogi (though honestly, why would you when there are so many great places nearby?). Everything feels clean and functional, with that European efficiency that Americans always comment on.
Morning Routine
Breakfast here is refreshingly straightforward — they do continental style, but they also offer breakfast to go, which I actually used more than I expected. Sometimes you just want to grab something and head out to explore, especially when you’re staying somewhere this central. The quality is solid without being fancy, and the to-go option means you can eat your pastry while walking through Łazienki Park or finding a bench near the Vistula River.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the kind of place that’s going to wow you with marble lobbies or doormen in fancy uniforms. What it does is put you right where you want to be in Warsaw, in a comfortable space that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room. The 8.4 rating reflects exactly what you get — solid, reliable, and perfectly positioned. If you’re the type of traveler who values being able to walk out your door and immediately be part of the city’s rhythm, rather than having to commute to it from some distant hotel district, then you’ll get why people keep coming back here. Plus, there’s something satisfying about staying on a street named after Pope John Paul II in his home country — it feels appropriately Polish.
The luxury concierge service in Warsaw offers personalized access to private historical collections, fine dining experiences, and VIP cultural events in this dynamic Polish capital.

Great... Good to go!!
Location!
What could be improved: Noise...
Nice, well located apartment.
Clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is good, close to the main transport hub and 15-20 minute walk to the old town.
It’s very quiet but close to restaurants and shops.
What could be improved: A minor annoyance was the curtains in the bedroom were very thin and didn’t cover the whole window which meant it was very light early in the morning.
Very Good
Super lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z opiekunem apartamentu. Metraż dla rodziny 2+2. Idealny . Dostępne podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki Ogólnie oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
Exceptional
great!
Very Good
The apartment was super clean and fully equipped. The location is perfect, with public transport at your doorstep, and only a short walk to the main train station. All you need for a comfortable stay is within a short walking distance. The sofa beds are very comfortable.
What could be improved: There was a leak inside the wardrobe coming from the floor upstairs (and there was a humidity stain in the ceiling), so we could not use it to store anything. We notified the property upon arrival but they did not fix it during our stay. FYI, there is no cleaning or towel replacement during the stay, we had to buy extra toilet paper, but no big deal.
Good
great location because it's easy to get everything around.
What could be improved: need a ittle cosmetic repair.
